I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. I don't think I'm in Ketosis just yet as I had Velveeta Dinner yesterday for lunch err, “Lunch” as the first time I ate yesterday was at 4 O'clock in the evening. I had bratwursts for dinner later in the evening. I had picked up the dinner when I was doing the weekly shopping. I fell to the temptation of the glorified mac and cheese. I did manage to fight off the temptation of the beer. I tried to make a recipe video of Bacon and Eggs. But the once again I half cremated the bacon. The first half of the cooking turned out alright. I really just didn't want to do anything. I finally convinced myself that I hated the effects of not moving than I hated the getting up and moving. I woke up at about 7:30 which is really good for me, but it was close to 10am by the time I got up and moving. Something got a-hold of me and it's been a-hold of me all day long. I did convince myself to get to the YMCA and I did stay a little bit longer in the weight room than I did on Saturday, but still feel hesitant being in there. Might just need to build the habit. And again I felt better in the cardio room on the treadmill. I really pushed myself on the treadmill. Got it up to 3 mph (4.8 kph) for 10 minutes. I waited to weigh in until I was back from the YMCA.
