I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. I've been wondering around the map discovering locations. So far I've discovered 50% of the locations, but only cleared 8% of all of them. A challenge with clearing the locations is that the designers of these dungeons seem to be allergic to straight lines and they are all winding confusing caves also clearing out the dungeon gathers loot. And my character can only carry so much at a time. So I'll clear a room, and them run back to town to sell loot, and then go back to the cave. I did have a chuckle when I found a pair of Blue Suede Shoes. When I got back to town to sell them. The shop keeper bought them for 1 gold. I've been hard bingeing Oblivion over the last several days so I didn't take the time to make much progress on anything else. I had started a new play through so I can truly track all of the locations that I've discovered and that did put me in a bit of a funk as I was up to 60 hours on the last play through and restarted and all of that time was just wiped out. And starting that again kind of hurt. But this play through I've found 139 locations but only cleared 24 of them. That's 43% locations found but only 7% of the locations cleared. Weight: 330.6 lbs ( 149.5 kg) BMI: 42.3 Waist: 55.5 in (141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Keto Month 1 (Day 37) Sober Month 4 (Day 131) The weight this morning is back over the short goal. Kind of why I'm not saying that the particular goal is “beaten” just yet. I'm not too worried about it being up today, I had a bit of a large dinner last night. Although in a couple of days when the new month comes around I think I'll set the goal down from 330 lbs (149.7 kg) to 320 lbs (145.2 kg) Not that I think that I'll drop an entire 10 lbs (4.5 kg) in a single month. Or if I think that is a sustainable rate. But I just like setting the goal in that increment Didn't do much today. I just played Minecraft. I am still corridor mining. But it faded as I had to get ready for work. At least I had time to make breakfast. I could feel the good mood deflate as I drove to work. After I clocked in I stopped in the restroom real quick, and the belt buckle snapped off. So that put me into a great mood. The jeans that I was wearing fit enough that they weren't immediately dropping off, but I had to keep adjusting them the entire first half of the day. And naturally I was working a 5:3 split today, so I had to work five hours before lunch. I ran home for lunch and grabbed the old belt that was stretched out to hell and back. With the recipe videos that I recorded yesterday and the inventory I took of the freezer, I am stocked up with food for the next month and a half. So if I stick with the discipline for the next month and a half the only food I'll have to buy is bacon, coffee, and cream for said coffee. And the only dishes I'll have to do is cleaning off the pan I cook bacon in and rinsing off the bowls/silverware of the leftovers. That is if I have the discipline to stick with this plan. I was laying in bed thinking of all of the stuff I want to get done today, but Tuesdays are my days off, but I have a lot to do today...repeat.      When I did finally convenience myself to get going I was excited to see that I was back under 330 lbs (149.7 kg) again! It's only by 3oz (90g) But hey, it's still under the last goal. Unlikely to meet the next goal ( 320 lbs {145.2 kg} by June 5) 330 lbs is the goal that I've been working on for the longest. And that's the one where I know if I hit it, I'm on the right track. When I'm not doing things right I'm never under 330 lbs. Waistline is up a bit from yesterday, but I'm noticing that the sides of the gut are sinking in again. ...

Weight: 329.6 lbs ( 149.5 kg) BMI: 42.3 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Hot Dogs Dinner: Queso Soup Drinks: cup of Coffee, 12 pk Michelob Ultra Hard Seltzer      The weight being up 2/10ths of a pound ( 0.09 kg) isn't going to bother me too much it's not even enough to effect BMI. It was probably too much diet soda yesterday. I am excited that my waist measurement is down. I don't think I've had a 54 inch waist since 2018. This wasn't even "creative rounding" or anything. It really was right at 54 inches! And like 330 lbs (149.7 kg) 54 inches (137.2 cm) seems to be another hurdle that I struggle with. So if I can make progress on that it would be quite exciting. It is kind of interesting that 0.5 inches off of the waist is 0.6% off of the WtHr      Saw some weather forecasts for this weekend and people are pretty excited that the highs are going to be in the 60's ( >15 C) This weekend. Weight: 329.4 lbs ( 149.4 kg) BMI: 42.3 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Hamburger Sausage Alfredo Dinner: St Louis Style Pork Ribs (baked) Drinks: Pot of coffee, Tap water      Excited to still be under the goal. Haven't updated that goal just yet. I have 10 pound milestones and it is still too close to the 330 (149.7 kg) goal to be satisfied that I am past that goal. Waist is still in the mid fifties, but I noticed myself lifting up on the gut because it seems to be resting on the area under the gut more often. So it does seem to be making progress, (which I do appreciate) it'd just be nice if that progress was in the circumference and not just in the slack. I can measure the circumference, I don't know how to measure the sagging of the gut.      Breakfast again was bacon and eggs. This is four strips of bacon and three fried eggs. I'm kind of getting tired of fried eggs. I was only able to eat two of the eggs. ...
