But only when I first stood up. Was excited to see another record low for the year. Still 8.4 lbs (3.8 kg) from the lowest weight of last year. But I'm still glad for the progress for the year. When I woke up this morning my right ear felt plugged up. Nose was drippy all day long. Not enough snot to get a good blow to clear the entire thing, just a bit of annoying little stream. I was really tired the first half of the day. I'm not sure if it was the weather or what. The last couple of days was really warm and sunny. Today was dark and cloudy. I could NOT fall asleep. Sitting at my computer I couldn't even keep my head up. But going to bed I felt like I was hyper charged or something. I tried doing meditation and breathing exercises. But I was distracted by the feeling of my pulse pounding through my hands. Sleep tracker says that I fell asleep around 1:25 but I'm pretty sure it was closer to 2am. It does show that I got considerably more “Deep Sleep” than I normally do so maybe once I passed out I passed all of the way out. FINALLY progress at last. It's unlikely that I'd get any Cosplay done as, well I don't think I'll be able to lose enough gut to fit into an Iron Man or Master Chief suit. But it would be nice to get some projects going again. Started off the day thinking that it was nice to start the day without the existential dread that I've been dealing with lately. I've been feeling a lot more optimistic lately. Not sure if that's the feeling of the New Year, or the lack of the downer that is alcohol. And dealing with the people panic buying was a lot easier than it has been...
