I was going to start this back up yesterday, but it just became another than a “Mark Whines About Work” Post. I feel like work absorbs enough of my life without me coming home and stewing about the BS. And I doubt anybody wants to read about that. But that does put a heck of a block on what I could write about on a “Daily Blog” Yesterday when I stepped on the scale I was back to where I was, weight wise, at the beginning of the year and I have been kind of concerned about the returning stabbing pain in my feet and how stiff my legs have been lately. When I did get up the ankles were really angry at me. The shoestring on my newer shoes had broke a week or so ago so I've been wearing an older pair and I think that's starting to have an effect. I'm going to pick up a new pair of strings on my way home from work tonight. But as for breakfast I was able to get up early enough to run into work and have some Johnsonville Sausages and some Sugar Free Rockstar Energy. Many places online say that a daily weigh in is just not a good thing to do. But I'm just such a data junkie I hate to see any gaps in the data. Kind of a boring day October 19, 2022

Work was okay, we actually had everyone show up today. Still understaffed like crazy. Was oddly crazy busy. I don't know why it's been so busy this last week or so. The only thing that I can think of is that now that autumn is in full swing the sun is starting to do down earlier and when people see the sun going down they freak out and run to the store. Even though the store is open till 10 every night. But that's just how people think/act. I know that the Mac and cheese is about the opposite for the Keto diet that I keep saying that I want to be doing.
