I was going to start this back up yesterday, but it just became another than a “Mark Whines About Work” Post. I feel like work absorbs enough of my life without me coming home and stewing about the BS. And I doubt anybody wants to read about that. But that does put a heck of a block on what I could write about on a “Daily Blog” Yesterday when I stepped on the scale I was back to where I was, weight wise, at the beginning of the year and I have been kind of concerned about the returning stabbing pain in my feet and how stiff my legs have been lately. I've also been really tired and irritated all da

When I did get up the ankles were really angry at me. The shoestring on my newer shoes had broke a week or so ago so I've been wearing an older pair and I think that's starting to have an effect. I'm going to pick up a new pair of strings on my way home from work tonight. But as for breakfast I was able to get up early enough to run into work and have some Johnsonville Sausages and some Sugar Free Rockstar Energy. I did have to clock in a minute or two late to finish eating, but I don't have a job where I can get "hangry" It is interesting that I felt more energized by the can

Many places online say that a daily weigh in is just not a good thing to do. But I'm just such a data junkie I hate to see any gaps in the data. I'm going to guess the up for today is just water weight, I drank a lot of water last night. And I was forcing myself to eat those pork rinds last night.      Didn't have a headache this morning, but feet and calves are sore whenever I stand up. I think I've been spending too much time at my desk over the last couple of days. Today I did get the recipe video for Tuesday edited and uploaded. And an inventory for the meal plan for the next seven days. I've also be

It would be nice if that streak continued but three to four pounds a day just isn't going to be something that I see as something that will continue to happen. But being down 11 pounds since Sunday is definitely something to “Woot” about      I am also kind of proud of myself that I didn't spend any money yesterday (Wednesday). I'm really trying to get my spending under control. That's one of the reasons I'm trying to get a meal plan goi

Drinks: a few cans of diet coke and diet Dr Pepper, 4 cans of Milwaukee's Best ICE Beer, sparkling water, Kroger energy shot, I feel that the phone interview went alright this morning. But I am REALLY not comfortable talking about myself in a promotional manner Interviewer: What's your strengths Me: Durrr Interviewer: What's some of your weaknesses Me: Duhhhh I feel that these are reasonable and regular questions. But when I'm trying to describe myself I just go immediately into. “Me is am no talking goods” I was so focused on the phone interview this morning that I almost forgot to do the blog post. The call only took about 20 minutes but I was just sitting here processing all of the “should have said” and “could have said” thoughts when I was starting to get hungry. I debated for a bit whether or not to finish off the bacon I had in

Kind of a boring day October 19, 2022

Weight: 355.4 lbs (161.2 kg) BMI: 45.6 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Goulash Dinner: Pork Steak/ Mac and cheese Drinks: several cans of Coke, Pepsi, and Big K Diet sodas, Kroger energy shot, Sparkling water Overcooked the bacon a bit, but at least this time I didn't almost burn the house down. Work was okay, we actually had everyone show up today. Still understaffed like crazy. Was oddly crazy busy. I don't know why it's been so busy this last week or so. The only thing that I can think of is that now that autumn is in full swing the sun is starting to do down earlier and when people see the sun going down they freak out and run to the store. Even though the store is open till 10 every night. But that's just how people think/act. I know that the Mac and cheese is about the opposite for the Keto diet that I keep saying that I want to be doing. But I was planning on using some boneless chicken thighs that I had left over from the last t
