And the filter isn't due to be changed until the end of the year, but it's good to have those in on time. I bought a four pack so the entire year's filters are bought and paid for, for the next year. Brain was kind of autopilot today. I was scheduled Noon to 9pm this afternoon/evening. I covered the Self Checkout for an hour, then I was a carryout for an hour, I was supposed to be Supervisor for three hours, but the guy running the online pickup had me cover his lunch break for an hour. Just so tired Daily Blog 8-8-21

Weight: 352 lbs (159.7 kg) BMI: 45.2 Waist: 57 (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs, coffee with cream and non sugar vanilla flavoring Lunch: Deli Prepackaged Cobb Salad, Diet Monster energy Dinner: Mac and cheese with smoked sausage hot dogs Had a bit rough start to the morning. Just had a hard time getting the momentum going. Worked noon until 8. I did wake up around 9 am, but all I seemed to manage to get done was counting down until the time I had to get ready for work. Which really seemed to come up fast. I did manage to get some bacon and eggs fried up. What was really strange was that I was feeling really quite up and motivated for most of the morning. But as soon as I started drinking the coffee I suddenly felt like I was way past half asleep. This was a very odd feeling. I was under the impression that the caffeine in coffee would help wake me up, but after my second cup of coffee I felt that it took all of my self effort to just keep my head up. Getting to w...
