I didn't have any beer, but I did have some fried chicken for lunch and frozen pizza for dinner. This is supposed to be a Keto/Sobriety blog. I guess I could have just made a “Sobriety” post. But this started off as a Keto Blog and it kind of felt strange to write: “Welcome to my usually Keto Blog...” Another challenge that I couldn't overcome was yesterday was the last day of work before I went on vacation this week so when I got home all of ME just kind of shut down. And I'm wanting to do swimming next week so I spent a few minutes in the weight room I had to struggle with the thought that I was doing everything wrong and I was just wasting time. I tried to use the counter thought of “Doing something is always better than doing nothing” but I really couldn't bring myself to do much in the weight room.
