But it's still lower than most of the month so far. I'm guessing that the weight jump today was because of how much seltzer that I drank last night as I was really quite thirsty.  Breakfast was a pork steak and eggs. It wasn't a very big steak, why I chose to have it for breakfast instead of dinner. It was a strangely shaped steak so parts of it was burning while some other parts were nearly still raw. It still worked. I do have to say that the eggs cooked in beef drippings is considerably better than in the pork, but still not bad.  I wasn't very productive at work today. A ...

Which I found to be fascinating. When I went to bed I was really tired. I even had to go back onto the blog to correct some things after I posted. But yesterday I really didn't have as many energy drinks that I normally would have. I normally would have had two cans Sugar Free Red Bull over the day. But this week the Powerade is on sale for $1.00 (not sponsored) so instead of the $3 a can of Red Bull I drank the $1 Powerade. But I was doing the rotisserie chicken last night when I went to bed. I went to bed at around midnight, but was struggling to stay awake since 10:30, but the sleep tracking on my phone says that I didn't fall asleep until 2:45 ...

Probably TMI I wasn't confident that today would have a weigh in that was down from previous days as I hadn't pooed in the last couple of days. I had a movement after breakfast. I wasn't feeling uncomfortable, or had any distress it is interesting that I'm always dropping that right after breakfast. I'm going to guess that the coffee is helping with that. As of 11:45 no sign of the check being returned or any overdraft/return check fee. Still holding my breath on that. The lady from the bank yesterday might be right about them skipping the fee because the paycheck came through before Midnight last night/this morning. But the paycheck still shows as “Pending” but the Rent check doesn't show as pending anymore. So I'm still budgeting for the $29 fee. Not in the greedy sort of way, but in the something bit me kind of way. There's a bright red spot on the base of my thumb and on the top of my right pointer finger whenever I wash my hands. Over the day the level of itch was low enough that it wasn't really that distracting. But if I was standing around not doing anything I would catch myself picking at my finger. Kind of surprised to see the weight progress over the last couple of days. Almost seems to be back on track. There's been a bit of a weight loss plateau over the last couple of months. It took a while for the Instant Pot to get up to pressure, and that was after the rushing around to get it in the pot itself. The plan was to get the instant pot chili set up for the lunch for the week. Well, I was going to do that yesterday, but I needed to do laundry yesterday. And as it only takes 35 minutes at pressure to cook this chili and I was scheduled to work at 11:30 instead of 11am I figured that it would be fine to get that pot done before work. But waist is down. It is kind of interesting how much the waist is fluctuating this month. It's only bouncing back and forth between 58 in (147.3 cm) to 57 in (144.8 cm) but it usually stays pretty steady. The car did get to the gas station, which was a relief. I looked it up and my car Chrysler 300 (not sponsored) has a 18.5 gallon (70 liter) tank. And when I fueled up it took 18.136 gallons (68.652 liters) lol. I got there on fumes, good will, and foreword momentum. I knew it was low so last night when I left the store I picked up a bottle of fuel injector cleaner.
