Weight: 309.0 lbs ( 140.2 kg) BMI: 39.7 Waist: 52 in ( 132.1 cm) WtHr: 70.3% Breakfast: Sausage Patties and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Apple Cider Vinegar Salted Coffee, Seltzer, Monster, Member's Mark Sparkling Water Sober Year 1 (Day 495) Keto Month 1 (Day 58) (108/365 Days 2026 Keto) Weight is up, but that might be because of the Ham Steak I had last night and the drinks I had afterwords as the saltiness made me thirsty. It really is kind of funny to be frustrated at a weight that's under 310 lbs (140.6 kg) There is a couple strips of bacon left in the fridge, but Step-Dad had told me about some sausage patties in the fridge that I could check out. I have to say that those turned out pretty nice. Nice and crispy. I went to the store to pick up some Pork Butts that were BOGO this week (Not sponsored) I also picked up some chicken thighs that were Buy One Get 2 Free (honestly not sponsored) and some chuck roasts that had digital coupons. I had...

Weight: 339.5 lbs (154.0 kg) BMI: 43.6 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Steak and Eggs Snack: Savage Slim Jim Lunch: Creepy Cauldron Dinner: Kielbasa Penne Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Powerade Zero Orange, Celsius Mango Lemonade Keto Day 0 Sober Month 2 (Day 61) Exciting progress over the last couple of days. 9.3 lbs (4.2 kg) in 5 days is exciting. That is 4.5 lbs (2 kg) down for the month. I'm sure a good chunk of that is just water weight. But losing water weight is still getting weight off of my feet. Roommate was a little irritated at me this morning. I'm running low on bacon so I decided to have a strip steak and eggs for breakfast this morning. I have to say that eggs fried in bacon and steak drippings is a good combination. But he uses a CPAP machine and I guess that the smell of the steak cooking in the seasonings was going into the machine and basically punching him in the face. The back of my hands look like lizard s...

Good Mood For the New Year Sobriety Blog Jan 1, 2025

Weight: 346.7 lbs ( 157.3 kg) BMI: 44.5 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHr: 79% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Creepy Cauldron Dinner: Pork Loin Chops, Mac and cheese Snack: Black Eyed Peas Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Rockstar Focus, Diet Arizona Lemonade Tea Sober Week 2 (Day 16) YMCA: X Technically today so I'll include it in snacks, but Roommate convinced me to have a can of Black Eyed Peas at midnight. I was a bit hesitant. Supposedly eating Black Eyed Peas at midnight is good luck for the new year. I've only tried it a couple of times. Including 2018, and 2020. Let's just say that those weren't very lucky years. But the beans turned out pretty good. I had microwaved them for a couple of minutes with a couple tablespoons of butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. A lot of people had asked me where the Black eyed peas were. I had to tell more than one person, more than once, that they were sold out. Had a bit of a hard time falling asleep...
