Weight: 309.0 lbs ( 140.2 kg) BMI: 39.7 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Bratwursts Dinner: Member's Mark Hot Dogs Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Sober Year 1 (Day 558) Keto Month 3 (Day 118) (168/365 Days 2026 Keto) I did NOT sleep well last night. I was hyper energized all day yesterday. Had a bit of a crash out when it was time to go to bed. Then at about 3am my brain and body were like, “Okay, we've slept enough.” The sleep tracking app said I fell asleep at around 1:15 and I woke up at 3am with the energy level that I usually have at 8am. I knew that this wasn't going to work so I really did try to get back to sleep. I put ASMR Historian, Astrum, and other relaxing science videos and really took the effort to try to get to sleep but ended up flopping around all night. Really taking the effort to wrap the blanket around me to get nice and warm. Then at about 6am when the light started coming through the heavy c...

That is 4.5 lbs (2 kg) down for the month. I'm sure a good chunk of that is just water weight. But losing water weight is still getting weight off of my feet. Roommate was a little irritated at me this morning. I'm running low on bacon so I decided to have a strip steak and eggs for breakfast this morning. I have to say that eggs fried in bacon and steak drippings is a good combination. But he uses a CPAP machine and I guess that the smell of the steak cooking in the seasonings was going into the machine and basically punching him in the face. The back of my hands look like lizard s...

Weight: 346.7 lbs ( 157.3 kg) BMI: 44.5 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHr: 79% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Creepy Cauldron Dinner: Pork Loin Chops, Mac and cheese Snack: Black Eyed Peas Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Rockstar Focus, Diet Arizona Lemonade Tea Sober Week 2 (Day 16) YMCA: X Technically today so I'll include it in snacks, but Roommate convinced me to have a can of Black Eyed Peas at midnight. I was a bit hesitant. Supposedly eating Black Eyed Peas at midnight is good luck for the new year. I've only tried it a couple of times. Including 2018, and 2020. Let's just say that those weren't very lucky years. But the beans turned out pretty good. I had microwaved them for a couple of minutes with a couple tablespoons of butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. A lot of people had asked me where the Black eyed peas were. I had to tell more than one person, more than once, that they were sold out. Had a bit of a hard time falling asleep...
