Weight: 331.0 lbs ( 150.1 kg) BMI: 42.5 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Pizza Soup   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 9 (Day 283) Keto Day 2 I was woken up in the middle of the night last night as my right eye and nostril were in a competition on which one could run harder. I took some allergy tablets, it is interesting how quickly those take effect (affect?) I do have to wonder how much of that is placebo. Does placebo work if you know it's placebo? Brains are weird. But it is a very strange feeling when the eyes dry up and sinuses drain out. I was too busy this morning paying bills, balancing and rearranging my budget to cook the goulash that I was wanting to. It was a bit annoying to see that it was already 10:15 by the time I was done paying and moving things around and I had to work at 11. so All I had time to do was cook breakfast and get ready for wo...

I have a very blessed family. But I'm a little disappointed that I broke Keto yesterday. But it is kind of convenient that the first day back on the diet is the first day of the month. I am wondering if I should even do the Keto this month. If I should restrict food spending to 15% of the income that's about $65 per week. And I was thinking that Hamburger Helper is pretty cheep. (not sponsored) I've already bought the groceries for this week so I won't be off the diet for now. But I'm thinking of seeing if I can get the grocery bill for next week to $75. That is over the $65, but that's half o...

Since O'Riley's (not sponsored) said that it was an issue with the transmission gears As I was doing the errands today I was staring at the tachometer and had the transmission temperature reading on the center console. I don't usually have that reading up so I wasn't sure what “right” was on the reading, but the animation of the thermometer didn't get much higher than about the middle and the tachometer seemed to be pretty stable as I was driving around. As usual for a Tuesday I did the grocery shopping right after I dropped ...

Weight: 331.4 lbs ( 150.3 kg) BMI: 42.5 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: AI Chili   Dinner: KC Strip Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Month 8 (Day 266) Keto Week 2 (Day 21) Another not very productive day. I was going to start out filling out the map in Minecraft. Roommate had installed a mod that if your character is killed in the game they'll leave behind a tombstone. Without the mod your character will drop all of your stuff which will all disappear if you don't get back to it, but with the tombstone it will hold all of your stuff and give you a pamphlet telling you where your stuff is. It took me a while to get started as I wanted to make a second map and fill out two maps at the same time. But I did get around to starting out and when nighttime fell and monsters were going to start coming out I put up a camp site that's supposed to have the game skip until day when the monsters are suppose...

I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. And all during the first half of the day at work I was just dead tired. There were some seriously busy moments, but there wa...

Which was a really good number. The waist is also gone down a bit as well. I had noticed that the gut seemed to be a big “saggier” (a bit amazed that saggier is an actual word) Had some moments when the lower part of my gut had gotten uncomfortable against my belt. But only when I sit down too long. I did the steak and eggs again today as the steaks that I bought the other day was a three pack so I'll finish that off tomorrow...maybe, the steak I had this morning did have a bit of a smell to it so...

But looks like it's down for the week, AND for the month.   Started off the day in a pretty sour mood. I really didn't want to go back to work. The mood did start lifting as I was going in to work as I do complain A LOT on here about the job, but for the vast majority of the time the job isn't a bad job to have. I just wish people weren't just so God damned dumb. And then I got to work. This person called in, but the manager said no so she's still “expected” to show up, one person no showed, another person had tried to switch hours with another person but the Customer Service Manager denied the swap. Thankf...

It was really cold water, there wasn't a trail from the fridge or sink. The bathroom is above my kitchen, but the puddle wasn't under where the bathroom pluming is. The only thing that I can think of is that it is somehow connected to when I defrosted the freezer the other day. Perhaps there was some ice leftover and since the freezer isn't overfilled right now it was able to defrost itself. Everything in the fridge is cold and the freezer contents are all frozen so everything is working there, but I'll keep an eye on things.  I...

I was trying to read Dr Stephen Hawking's "A brief History of Time" I would like to know what divine power is involved that every time I come across something explaining Quantum Mechanics I am always dead tired. I know that quantum mechanics are inherently incomprehensible, but just once I would like to come across when I'm awake and sober. Eight months sober, but it was half past midnight my eyelids were sticking and I'm trying to read about the double slit light experiment and particle/wave duality   Did a little bit of cherry picking on the weight this morning as the sc...

Which I found to be fascinating. When I went to bed I was really tired. I even had to go back onto the blog to correct some things after I posted. But yesterday I really didn't have as many energy drinks that I normally would have. I normally would have had two cans Sugar Free Red Bull over the day. But this week the Powerade is on sale for $1.00 (not sponsored) so instead of the $3 a can of Red Bull I drank the $1 Powerade. But I was doing the rotisserie chicken last night when I went to bed. I went to bed at around midnight, but was struggling to stay awake since 10:30, but the sleep tracking on my phone says that I didn't fall asleep until 2:45 ...

Probably TMI I wasn't confident that today would have a weigh in that was down from previous days as I hadn't pooed in the last couple of days. I had a movement after breakfast. I wasn't feeling uncomfortable, or had any distress it is interesting that I'm always dropping that right after breakfast. I'm going to guess that the coffee is helping with that. It would just be nice if I were to drop that much it would happen before I weighted in and had breakfast...

We had the same plunger for the 15 years (?) that we've lived here, but now we're on our third one this year. I don't know what he's doing in there. I personally have had no problems ever flushing, but it seems like every other time he's in there he's going at it again. With the combination of interrupted sleep due to Roommate screeching and the fact that I had to work 10am to 7pm today I didn't wake up early enough time to have coffee. I did have time to scarf down bacon and eggs and a can of Sugar Free Mons...

I'm going to guess because I really haven't pooped much over the last couple of days. I did have a motivating movement right before work. But that was after I ate breakfast so I didn't bother reweighing. What was kind of strange was the bathroom kind of smelt like natural gas after I was done in there. I felt really hyper energized when I got to work. I noticed it and had to tell myself to be careful. There have been quite a few times when I'm hyper energized and that mood flips to angry frustration. I was glad that I was supervisor for most of...
