Spent most of the morning fighting the autopilot. I did manage to drink the pot of coffee before work, but even then I was just kind of barely above flat line on brain power. The Customer Service Manager was telling me about how a lot of people are due to do their yearly re-certifications on their computer training and names and terms were just kind of going through one ear and out through the other. I'm pretty sure that I got most of the people to do most of the training that they were supposed to do (I think).
