Kind of giggled at having “Sausage Egg and Cheese” for breakfast as that's a meal from McDonald's. Just their breakfast comes on a biscuit and I skipped the biscuit. There was a strange stabbing pain in my lower left back that seemed to go down to my left foot. It felt like if I could just stretch right it would work itself out. It is kind of fun when I shift in the chair my entire spinal column seems to crackle and pop. That was quite a jump in the scale this morning. It was strange that the waist was also that far up from yesterday. I'm writing this after work. And I'm trying really hard to keep this from becoming another “Mark Whines About Work Blog” post. So I wanted to cut that off before it got that bad. I did wake up in the middle of the night and had to take the socks off of my hands because my hands were getting uncomfortably hot. I did think about getting some cloth gloves some time in the next couple of days or weeks. Just so I could wear something over my hands, but be able to use my hands as the socks over my hands kind of restricts what I am able to do and they're really just not very comfortable on the hands.
