Weight: 323.6 lbs ( 146.8 kg) BMI: 41.5 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Enchilada Soup   Snack: Baked Chicken Drumsticks   Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 385) Keto Day 1 (4/365 Days 2026 Keto) Exciting to see three days in a row of down weights. Still not back to the beginning weight of the year (+2.1 lbs <~1 kg>) so the yearly projection is still saying that I'll be 627.3 lbs (284.5 kg) by the end of next year. A point of excitement is that I'm just 8.8 lbs (~4 kg) away from the 314.8 lbs (142.8 kg) That I started this project back in 2014. And if I get under that weight the Full Projection will start showing the weight going down towards my other targets! Roommate got up early because he had his appointment at 9am.
