Sober Year 1 (Day 686)
Keto Kount Day 1
Well, that was incredibly frustrating. I spent the last couple of hours trying to update the “Full weight tracking and projection” spreadsheet to get ready for next year. Not sure why I was doing it this early as I still have a couple of months before the new year starts. But I thought it would be good to get it done before it got here. I was rushing to get it done then
...Bad Allocation...
OpenOffice just crashed taking out everything I wrote down the entire day and the couple of hours of updates to the spreadsheet. -_-
It's not a hard thing to do, it's just a lot of moving things around and putting data in. not hard, just time consuming.
And now I have to remember what all I had written down for the day.
It is kind of funny that after the carbo-load that I had for lunch yesterday I'm down 3lbs (1.4 kg) today.
I took the opportunity to cook the bacon cheeseburger soup. I was going to do that yesterday but never got around to it as I had to run into town to get the ingredients. I think I was in Mom's way while I was cooking as she seemed disappointed when I reveled that the soup I was cooking wasn't being cooked in the slow cooker. She said that she was wanting to clean the kitchen.
I did cook the cheeseburger soup for the lunch plan, but those will be the lunches that I'll take to work. I baked bratwursts for lunch today.
Grilled some cheeseburger patties for dinner.
Sat around a lot today, but still somehow got a lot more steps in today than I did yesterday. The activity and the food I had made me really under on calories. But to clarify my intentions with that app I don't believe it's as easy as the pure Calories In vs Calories Out but I'm going to use the app's analysis to make sure that I'm staying under the goal of carbs per day.
