Weight: 322.5 lbs ( 146.3 kg) BMI: 41.4 Waist: 52.5 in ( 133.4 cm) WtHr: 70.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages Dinner: Baked Chicken   Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster, Red Bull Sober Year 1 (Day 449) Keto Week 1 (Day 12) (56/365 Days 2026 Keto) Surprised by the weight this morning. Up 4.7 lbs (2.1 kg) from yesterday. I didn't think that I even ate/drank five pounds worth of anything yesterday. I was scheduled to work 11am to 7pm today. And strangely I was scheduled to have a half hour lunch today so I didn't have the time to run home to have lunch so I had some of the Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages (not sponsored)  Interestingly my feet and knees didn't hurt like the last couple of times I had those during the lunch break. And usually when I'm a cashier all day my feet and knees are screaming at me. But tonight the left foot is a bit sore, but I can still stand up and walk around. I w...

I checked my bank balance expecting my pay check, but was pleasantly surprised to see my State Tax Refund is already in my checking account and looking at the record the Federal Return is usually a day or two behind the state refund. It could take up to a week for that to come in. But for today I was able to transfer into Bill Savings instead of from bill savings for the rent check that I'm expecting to come through this week. That's a really frustrating number on the scale this morning. Ups and downs happen, but this morning was one of the few mornings that I was more than I was at the end of last year. I am typically scheduled to work 11am to 8pm. But this morning I was scheduled 7am to 4pm. Last night when I got off I had bought a Sugar Free Red Bull to put next to my bed so when the first alarm goes off I could slam that real quick, hoping that would help me wake up. I've read online that having multiple alarms to help you wake up is counterproductive (wow, can't believe I spelled that correctly the first time.) But I needed to make sure that I got to work. So I had set an alarm for every 15 minutes starting right at 6am. But yeah, I was able to wake up. But I didn't have time to get a proper breakfast so ...
