Weight: 326.8 lbs ( 148.2 kg) BMI: 42 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Strip steak and Eggs Lunch: KC Strip Steak Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 8 (Day 262) Keto Week 2 (Day 17) I did not sleep very well last night. I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. Weight: 327.8 lbs ( 148.7 kg) BMI: 42.3 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Month 8 (Day 249) Keto Day 4 I was surprised after I posted and read a chapter of the book I was reading (“A Brief History of Time” By Dr Stephan Hawking) I was reading, but brain wasn't comprehending. The chapter was about how Black Holes were interacting with Quantum Mechanics to basically evaporate. And yeah, quantum mechanics are weird and hard to understand. But the words might as well have been flowing in my eyes and out of my ears. When I finished the chapter and realized that I didn't really “read” any of it as my brain was really just shut off I figured I might as well just go to sleep because it was “so late” and checked the time...it was only 10:30pm. I tried to finish before Roommate woke up. But it took longer than expected. I'm guessing that August cosplaying as October had something to do with it. I'm not complaining about the weather though. Today's high is 70 (21 C) and it's still August when it could just as easily be 109 (43 C) Roommate woke up before the freezer was done thawing, but he seemed to be pretty understanding. He did seem to be pretty cranky when moving the food from the meal plan out of the way to get to the microwave, but there wasn't any of the typical cursing or screaming.
