Weight: 305.8 lbs ( 138.7 kg) BMI: 39.3 Waist: 52 in ( 132.1 cm) WtHr: 70.3% Breakfast: Sausage Egg and Cheese Lunch: Member's Mark Hot Dogs Dinner: Roast Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Seltzer Sober Year 1 (Day 539) Keto Month 3 (Day 102) (152/365 Days 2026 Keto) Weight is down from yesterday. Not in any amount to get overly excited about, but I'll take a down. Was kind of wanting something different for breakfast this morning so I had some sausage patties and eggs as the sausage box was already opened. I added salt to the coffee this morning and it did taste better than plain I recorded the current Store Story Video. But I had a hard time finding the desire to edit it. I did get it done and I should have gone ahead and post it for the algorithm (consistency is supposedly King on YouTube success) But I just wasn't feeling like it. Weight: 327.0 lbs ( 148.3 kg) BMI: 42.0 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cabbage Soup Dinner: Hamburger Helper Lasagna with Mozzarella and Parmesan Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Kroger Energy Shot, Powerade Zero Orange Sober Month 10 (Day 325)  I just could not get to sleep last night (Friday to Saturday) I was dead tired at the computer, but when I went to bed I felt like my eyes were bugging out of my head and I was wired for sound. Although I didn't sleep very well I was able to get up early enough to have breakfast and coffee. I was kind of worried that I would be able to do so. When I first go to work I was just dead tired but it was too busy to sneak away to get the Sugar Free Red Bull that I would normally drink at work (not sponsored) I was able to sneak in an energy shot. Which was Wednesday last week. And if I'm understanding the Labels that I'm putting on this post the 53 inch (134.6 cm) waistline might be the lowest measurement of that.  Sleep wasn't that great last night. I'm going to guess that has to do with the fact that I had a pot of coffee in the afternoon and over the evening I had a pitcher of unsweetened tea.
