Kind of to be expected with the amount of salty food and drink I consumed yesterday. I forgot to mention in yesterday's post a customer noticed that I was losing weight and asked me for my secret. I told her that I was focusing on Keto, pretty close to carnivore as I don't expect people to recognize the term “Ketovore” and she sneered at the idea of doing carnivore because supposedly her ex-husband was doing carnivore and he was just going around drinking glasses of blood. Not in any amount to get overly excited about, but I'll take a down. Was kind of wanting something different for breakfast this morning so I had some sausage patties and eggs as the sausage box was already opened. I added salt to the coffee this morning and it did taste better than plain I recorded the current Store Story Video. But I had a hard time finding the desire to edit it. I did get it done and I should have gone ahead and post it for the algorithm (consistency is supposedly King on YouTube success) But I just wasn't feeling like it. Weight: 305.8 lbs ( 138.7 kg) BMI: 39.3 Waist: 52 in ( 132.1 cm) WtHr: 70.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Strip Steak Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Apple Cider Vinegar Salted Coffee, Seltzer, Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 493) Keto Month 1 (Day 56) (100/365 Days 2026 Keto) Had a hard time falling asleep as I had spent all day yesterday (Saturday) chugging energy drinks. The headache that I was struggling with over the last couple of days seems to have dissipated. I do kind of wonder if the headache was a caffeine withdraw as I had less than the normal amount of caffeine in the previous days and then when I had energy drinks and coffee the headache went away. After cooking breakfast I went ahead and cooked a strip steak for lunch. I was a bit nervous as to how it would turn out after microwaving it at lunch.
