A little annoyed by the scale. Yesterday was up 0.1 lbs, today is down 0.1 lbs. Kinda makes you wonder the point. A “stall” is four weeks to several months. It was nice when the weight was dropping quickly, not sure if that stage is over for a bit. Who knows perhaps that time when it was dropping like crazy was the easy part and now is when Dr Berry's “Vitamin P” comes into play. Step-Dad was nice enough to cook breakfast this morning. Was surprised to see that all of the eggs were double yolked. Going to buy a lottery ticket. Trying to think of things to do before I go to work. But really couldn'...

I did was nervously staring at my watch all morning. The appointment was at 10am and I woke up at 8am but I spent the entire morning doing the math of how much time I had and how much time it would take to do something. And conveniently I did get a coupon in the mail a couple of days ago for an oil change for $39.99 (not sponsored) I thought that was a great deal but I had noticed that the coupon had said in the fine print that it was a $50 savings.
