Weight: 324.6 lbs ( 147.2 kg) BMI: 41.7 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Smithfield Pork Loin Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 386) Keto Day 2 (5/365 Days 2026 Keto) Weight is up 1 pound (~0.5 kg) I'm not too worried about the day to day ups and downs. I see an up weight like a opposing team in football getting a touchdown. Yeah, it kind of sucks, but the game isn't over yet. Mom made a Facebook post saying that she's not going to weigh in outside of her doctor's visits. And I understand and respect that as she's focusing on “Non Scale Victories” And I respect that, but I personally like to see the line move over time.  This morning my feet weren't hurting as much as previous days. I did was nervously staring at my watch all morning. The appointment was at 10am and I woke up at 8am but I spent the entire morning doing the math of how much time I had and how much time it would take to do something. And conveniently I did get a coupon in the mail a couple of days ago for an oil change for $39.99 (not sponsored) I thought that was a great deal but I had noticed that the coupon had said in the fine print that it was a $50 savings.
