It's been a week or two since I've had a weight that was below the beginning of the year. Waistline is still stagnant though. Since I did the shopping yesterday and Mom gave me a couple weeks worth of lunch I was able to re-record the store story that I was wanting to make. And since it was just a rant to into the camera it wasn't that hard to edit it. I was able to upload that and schedule it's release. I also scheduled the release of the political opinion short that I made. At least I hope I uploaded it as a short. Either way it's going to be a really short video. I also finished the script for the next political opinion. It was really fun to finally get aro...

Weight: 324.1 lbs ( 147.0 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Rib-Eye Steak and Eggs Lunch: Mom's Chili Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 425) Keto Day 1 (39/365 Days 2026 Keto) That was a big steak this morning. It was almost too big for my cast iron skillet. And left the heat up too high when I switched to cook the eggs so accidentally overcooked the eggs. I didn't get the chance to finish the pot of coffee this morning. But did have a bit more than yesterday.  I was going to finally get around to editing one of the videos I had recorded, but when I tried to connect my phone to the computer the computer just didn't want to load the connection to the phone. And when I did get the phone to show up on the explorer the video only played the sound of the video but not the VIDEO of the video so I'm going to have to re-record that video. Which to be honest is probably for the best, that ...

Happy New Year Keto Sobriety Blog Wednesday December 31, 2025

Weight: 324.1 lbs ( 147 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Enchilada Soup   Dinner: Grilled Bone In Rib-eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 379) Keto Day 2 The store was too busy to take many notes during the day and I spent, probably, too much time this evening getting the weigh in spreadsheets ready for the new year. Roommate was up all night last night screaming in pain. I'm a bit nervous to ask him what's wrong, only because I'm pretty sure that I already know. I'm willing to bet that his problems are something to do with his “Werther's Original Meal Replacement Plan” he's never been a big fan of the Keto/carnivore diets (The Proper Human Diet as Dr Berry calls them). He came up with the idea of whenever he gets hungry, instead of eating he'll have a piece of candy instead of eating real food. Kind of like how when people try to quit smoking they suck...

Keto Day 5 If you're following along, no you didn't skip 12 days. I was thinking that it was getting pretty close to the yearly mark, but something wasn't lining up correctly so I went back and looked at the date where I started this last attempt at sobriety and it was (more or less) the day that Roommate came home and looking back I had started this Sobriety Streak on December 17, 2024. (Got a bit distracted looking over the notes for the year) I haven't been perfect at uploading or even making an entry on the writing program. So Happy S oberversary to me. And good God, this year has been the shortest longest year of all tim...
