Weight: 324.6 lbs ( 147.2 kg) BMI: 41.7 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Smithfield Pork Loin Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 386) Keto Day 2 (5/365 Days 2026 Keto) Weight is up 1 pound (~0.5 kg) I'm not too worried about the day to day ups and downs. I see an up weight like a opposing team in football getting a touchdown. Yeah, it kind of sucks, but the game isn't over yet. Mom made a Facebook post saying that she's not going to weigh in outside of her doctor's visits. And I understand and respect that as she's focusing on “Non Scale Victories” And I respect that, but I personally like to see the line move over time.  This morning my feet weren't hurting as much as previous days. Weight: 324.1 lbs ( 147 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Enchilada Soup   Dinner: Grilled Bone In Rib-eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 379) Keto Day 2 The store was too busy to take many notes during the day and I spent, probably, too much time this evening getting the weigh in spreadsheets ready for the new year. Roommate was up all night last night screaming in pain. I'm a bit nervous to ask him what's wrong, only because I'm pretty sure that I already know. I'm willing to bet that his problems are something to do with his “Werther's Original Meal Replacement Plan” he's never been a big fan of the Keto/carnivore diets (The Proper Human Diet as Dr Berry calls them). He came up with the idea of whenever he gets hungry, instead of eating he'll have a piece of candy instead of eating real food. Kind of like how when people try to quit smoking they suck...
