Weight: 323.1 lbs ( 146.6 kg) BMI: 41.5 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Strip Steak and Eggs Lunch: Stuffed Bell Pepper soup   Snack: BBQ Pork Rinds  Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 416) Keto Week 1 (Day 10) (33/365 Days 2026 Keto) I was able to wake up just in time to cook that strip steak and eggs. But was only able to get half of the pot of coffee before I had to run off to work. When I got to work there was a bit of confusion of what I was supposed to be doing as my schedule online said that I was in the service desk for just about the entire day so I wore my apron, but when I got to the front of the store and saw the paper showing the list of where everybody was supposed to be it was showing that I was supervisor the entire day so I went back to my locker to grab my supervisor vest however when I got back up to the front the list was showing that I was in the service desk all day. Weight: 324.6 lbs ( 147.2 kg) BMI: 41.7 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Smithfield Pork Loin Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 386) Keto Day 2 (5/365 Days 2026 Keto) Weight is up 1 pound (~0.5 kg) I'm not too worried about the day to day ups and downs. I see an up weight like a opposing team in football getting a touchdown. Yeah, it kind of sucks, but the game isn't over yet. Mom made a Facebook post saying that she's not going to weigh in outside of her doctor's visits. And I understand and respect that as she's focusing on “Non Scale Victories” And I respect that, but I personally like to see the line move over time.  This morning my feet weren't hurting as much as previous days. Weight: 324.6 lbs ( 147.2 kg) BMI: 41.7 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cabbage Soup   Dinner: Screaming Sicilian Supremus Maximus, Kroger 3 Cheese Garlic Bread Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sober Month 10 (Day 322) Good weight this morning. I thought the scale was glitching again, but each time I stood on the scale it gave me the same (ish) number! That's the lowest weight so far this year. That's 0.8 lbs (0.4 kg) pounds from the lowest weight last year. Yesterday they called me to ask if I wanted to come in an hour early to cover somebody's lunch because the lady who was supposed to do that lunch had a doctor's notice that she can't work for the next several days. I agreed because I was kind of shorted on hours this week. I didn't realize that I was volunteering for a 6:2 split day.
