Weight: 309.9 lbs ( 140.6 kg) BMI: 39.8 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Sausage Patties Eggs and Cheese Snack: Cashews, Vienna Sausages Lunch: Smithfield Pork Loin Garlic Herb Snack: Cashews Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Apple Cider Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Red Bull Sober Year 1 (Day 507) Keto Month 2 (Day 70) (120/365 Days 2026 Keto) So eating at three restaurants in four days might not be great for weight loss. Kind of giggled at having “Sausage Egg and Cheese” for breakfast as that's a meal from McDonald's. Just their breakfast comes on a biscuit and I skipped the biscuit. I wasn't eager to go back to work as today was the first day back from vacation. I left a few minutes early to return some of the snack food that I bought for last weeks road trip as I didn't open the trail mix or the 2 bags of Pork Rinds. All it had was a list of the utilities. (Internet, Electricity, Gas, and Water.) The totals and then halved that added in the half of the rent and left it on Roommates Table.
