8/22/26 Saturday Weight: 300.4 lbs ( 136.2 kg) BMI: 38.6 Waist: 51.0 in ( 129.5 cm) WtHr: 68.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Member's Mark Hot Dogs Dinner: Rib-Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Sober Year 1 (Day 609) Keto Month 5 (Day 175) (220/365 Days 2026 Keto) Finished the Old World Blues DLC for Fallout New Vegas. Took a bit as I was kind of stuck in a death loop as I had fell into a canyon with the enemy robot spiders that kept wiping me out. Luckily I found a cave that I could use to save scum. As it autosaves whenever you go in or out of a building. So I would go into the cave so it would autosave, come out kill a scorpion, and then duck back into the cave. I found a weapon called a “Tesla Cannon” that was supposed to do extra damage to robots, but if it did it wasn't much extra. It had a really downer ending as the main bad guy of the story was a scientist driven mad by the Amphetamine drugs in the game known as Mentats and the scientists...

Weight: 301.6 lbs ( 136.8 kg) BMI: 38.7 Waist: 51 in ( 129.5 cm) WtHr: 68.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: Peanuts Lunch: Bratwursts, Pork Rinds, Queso Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Celsius, Kroger Energy Shot, 20oz Dt Dr Pepper Sober Year 1 (Day 596) Keto Month 5 (Day 162) (207/365 Days 2026 Keto) I didn't get the post done yesterday. I was in a really heavy, “What am I doing with my life” mood. It was hard to put that into a post without making it so somebody who read it pretty concerned about me. The post as I wrote it kept coming out heavier than what I was feeling. It wasn't a very productive thought, but it was a hard one to shake. Was in a lot better mood today though. Very encouraging number on the scale this morning. Happiness isn't a number on the scale, but it would be fun to beat three "Short Goals" in one year.  Still was a bit slow waking up this morning. I did get up early enough to cook breakfast a...

Weight: 307.8 lbs ( 139.6 kg) BMI: 39.5 Waist: 51.5 in ( 130.8 cm) WtHr: 69.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: Spicy Peanuts Lunch: Hormel Pork Loin Lemon Garlic Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Apple Cider Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster, Red Bull Sober Year 1 (Day 487) Keto Month 1 (Day 50) (94/365 Days 2026 Keto) Slept better last night...once I fell asleep. A little annoyed by the scale. Yesterday was up 0.1 lbs, today is down 0.1 lbs. Kinda makes you wonder the point. A “stall” is four weeks to several months. It was nice when the weight was dropping quickly, not sure if that stage is over for a bit. Who knows perhaps that time when it was dropping like crazy was the easy part and now is when Dr Berry's “Vitamin P” comes into play. Step-Dad was nice enough to cook breakfast this morning. Was surprised to see that all of the eggs were double yolked. Going to buy a lottery ticket. Trying to think of things to do before I go to work. But really couldn'...

Brain and body just weren't as tired as my mind. Weight is up, but not going to worry too much about 0.1 lbs Baked a pork loin before work for lunch. That might be two lunches in that lunchbox. Mom offered to take a pork steak out of the freezer for me. She said that she and Step-Dad will be done eating long before I get home so I can grill it myself. I was a bit annoyed by my phone as it wasn't perfectly on the charge plate last night so when I woke up this at 7am morning it was only 45% charged. When I put it on the charge plate it said that it'd take just over three to charge....
