It would have been nice if it was lower than yesterday's weight, but at least it's lower than the higher points last month. I worked at Noon today so I had plenty of time to cook breakfast and bake the chicken for lunch. I did work on the General Update video a bit before work, but most of the editing was done after work. And wow that was a bit of a squeeze to get that video done. A little annoyed by the scale. Yesterday was up 0.1 lbs, today is down 0.1 lbs. Kinda makes you wonder the point. A “stall” is four weeks to several months. It was nice when the weight was dropping quickly, not sure if that stage is over for a bit. Who knows perhaps that time when it was dropping like crazy was the easy part and now is when Dr Berry's “Vitamin P” comes into play. Step-Dad was nice enough to cook breakfast this morning. Brain and body just weren't as tired as my mind. Weight is up, but not going to worry too much about 0.1 lbs Baked a pork loin before work for lunch. That might be two lunches in that lunchbox. Mom offered to take a pork steak out of the freezer for me. She said that she and Step-Dad will be done eating long before I get home so I can grill it myself. I was a bit annoyed by my phone as it wasn't perfectly on the charge plate last night so when I woke up this at 7am morning it was only 45% charged. When I put it on the charge plate it said that it'd take just over three to charge....
