A new record over the last 12 years. Only 16.5 lbs (7.5 kg) away from the lowest weight on record. Saying “Only” in that context seems silly writing it out, but so far I'm down 18 lbs (8.2 kg) since the beginning of the year and down 28.7 lbs (13 kg) from this day last year. I'm making some rocking progress on the scale, but I seemed to have lost the tape measure again so I'm not sure how the waistline is doing. For breakfast this morning I was going to have sausage patties with the eggs. However I thought I saw sausage patties in vacuum sealed baggies in the freezer. But the annoying thing is that when I plugged the phone into the car the car just flashed “Unrecognized USB Device” and it would charge for a second or two, but then the plug would fall out. So that was the weight that I had labeled the “Progress Goal” as that is the weight that I started with so any weight lower than that is finally making progress. It is kind of funny that the Spreadsheet titled “Full Weight Loss and Projection” shows a completely flat line for the projection for the rest of the year as the weight is the exact weight as the beginning back in 2014. I'm going to talk to Mom about her expectations if I were to move back in with her.
