I didn't have time again to have any coffee. I did have time to cook a couple of the sausage patties and eggs. I don't know if there's a whole lot of time difference in cooking the sausage patties or cooking bacon. But I figured that the sausage was quicker. I only managed to finish eating before I had to run out of the door. I was in the desk for the majority of the day. There were some moments of frustration as people seemed to be in a rush so a lot of people would quickly ye...

Weight: 346.8 lbs ( 157.3 kg) BMI: 44.5 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHr: 79.1% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Divan Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Rockstar Focus, Diet Arizona Lemonade Tea, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Week 2 (Day 17) YMCA: X I'm not going to call it a resolution; because that's a good way to not get it done, but I would like to get my 3D printers back up and going again. It's unlikely that I'd get any Cosplay done as, well I don't think I'll be able to lose enough gut to fit into an Iron Man or Master Chief suit. But it would be nice to get some projects going again. Started off the day thinking that it was nice to start the day without the existential dread that I've been dealing with lately. I've been feeling a lot more optimistic lately. Not sure if that's the feeling of the New Year, or the lack of the downer that is alcohol. And dealing with the people panic buying was a lot easier than it has been...

And broke that streak on Independence Day at Day 19? I think. Day 19 was the last day I started a blog, I don't know if I had started that blog post in the morning and in the evening just decided to buy beer for the Forth of July. But I do have to say that I haven't been mentally or physically craving beer. Doritos hell yeah, but not really beer or alcohol. The real fight has been against habit. When I get off of work, or do the grocery shopping there's the beer sitting right there. Or the days off, like yesterday, I'll sit around thinking that I hadn't bought the beer yet. Spent a lot of time updating the spreadsheets for 2025. It is real...

Not really uncomfortable, just couldn't fall asleep. There was a bit of confusion this morning at the clinic when I arrived. I had an email saying that I had an appointment for a Venipuncture. But when I got there they didn't have any thing showing that I was going to show up, but there was a gap in the schedule. And my main labs aren't due until December. They did what I think they called a CBM. The only thing that I can think of was that when I called the Wichita branch to say I couldn't come in because of work they canceled both of the appointments. After they drew the blood I was given a total. I was a bit shocked to hear that they wanted $15 for an appointment that I didn...
