Weight: 334.0 lbs (153.0 kg) BMI: 42.9 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Chicken Cordon Bleu Soup , Powerade Zero Orange Dinner: Bratwursts, Queso Dip Drinks: Kroger Energy Shot, 2x Sugar Free Red Bull, ~3800ml water      Had a hard time getting started today. I didn't post yesterday, I decided to pickup a pack of White Claw. And I think it effected me this morning. It wasn't a hangover, and I wasn't still drunk, I just had no GO. I don't think it was depression, I wasn't sad, I was just so damned numb. (Okay that might be depression) Alcohol is a depressant and one of the many reasons that I want to be quitting alcohol. But then again it could have been a light hangover, I was thirsty as hell when I woke up this morning.      I'm using blankets as blackout curtains to keep the sun out of my room during the day to try to keep the electricity bill down. And I need to remember to take them down at night. It is a lot easier to wake up

Bad Luck Start to the Day Daily Keto Blog April 6, 2023

Weight: 331.6 lbs ( 150.4  kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 55.5 in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar sausages Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: couple cups of coffee with cream, 3x Kroger energy shots     Trucker roommate is home this week so I weighed in with shorts on, we're not that kind of roommates. So I'm probably closer to 330 (149.7 kg)      When I was cooking the bacon and eggs that I normally have for breakfast I accidentally touched the cornstarch and the stuff literally EXPLOADED every where. It had fell out of the cabinet, bounced off of the countertop, and landed on the floor. And I have to say that stuff is EVIL when you're trying to clean it up. (seriously God rested on the seventh day and the devil spent all of that day coming up with the idea of cornstarch cleanup) When I came home from work there was a layer over my entire living room. I think I'm going to have to get a Swiffer to clean it all up. (not sponsored) It

Weight: 332.6 lbs ( 150.9 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Pizza Soup with cottage cheese Dinner: Queso Soup Drinks: cup of coffee with cream, 4500ml water, Kroger energy shot      Had a hard time getting going this morning. Just slept so well last night I didn't want to get up. Not depressed, just “a body at rest stays at rest” Something else that's been throwing me off this last week is that I keep feeling like it's the next day. (Wednesday felt like Thursday, Friday felt like Saturday etc.) So waking up this morning I had a struggle convincing myself that it was Sunday and I needed to get up and get the video done. Stood on the scale enough to get the weigh in clip. But I'll have to try to get the video done after work. I was going to do it at lunch, but got distracted. It'd suck if I missed a weekly weigh in just because I was too chill to do what I want to be doing.     At Work today body feels extremely relax

Weight: 330.2 lbs ( 149.8 kg) BMI: 42.4 Waist: 53.5 in ( 135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Bacon with ranch dressing Lunch: St. Luis Style Ribs with ranch dressing Dinner: X Drinks: Pot of coffee, ~3,600ml Water      Had to measure my waist a couple of times. It's just hard to imagine that I've lost that much in just a few days. Catching up with the weight makes sense with how much I've been peeing. During the last couple of days there was the Amazon, Nile, Mississippi, and my bladder.    Had hard time getting to sleep last night, once I did get to sleep I slept straight through the night but did flop around a bit before passing out.    I baked some ribs. Which was big enough and late enough to consider as lunch and dinner. I finished editing and posted the recipe video for the Southwest Style “Detox” Chicken soup . But again it was one of those days where I'd blink and it was several hours later. I guess that it is Tuesday. I want Tuesdays be my days off it would

Not a Very Productive Day Daily Blog January 27, 2023

Was out of eggs and only three strips of bacon left. Old car is supposed to be towed away this morning. Strangely paranoid about it. I'm sure that they'll be here, but if they're not here by 3pm I'll call them and ask.    I got a phone call from them at 11am saying that the earliest that they can be here will be Monday -_-. I asked for them to come out Tuesday as that's my day off. A bit annoyed by the continued delay. Again I'm not really being hurried to get it done, but now that I'm trying to get it done I want it to be done. If that makes any sense. But do I know that stamping my feet will only end up with me having sore feet. The guy on the phone did say that there was a note on my order saying that they need to bring a smaller truck so I don

Weight: 342 lbs ( 155.1 kg) BMI: 43.9 Waist: 57 in ( 144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Chili Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Tap water      Had to convince myself to do the blog thing. Started off being up two pounds from the previous day. And then the guy who came to pick up my car pointed out that I signed the wrong place on my cars title so he couldn't take the car. I basically signed the title as the buyer AND the seller. Tow guy said that I'd have to have an attorney look at it before it could be towed off. He left with a, “Have a nice day” so I was unsure if that meant that he was sending someone to settle it or if I had to contact a lawyer myself which I definitely don't have the money for. My sister told me that I'd just have to go to the tag office and they can fix it, by either printing a new title or some other way. She assured me that it wouldn't cost very much, which is good because I really don't have very much. The concern I have wit

Weight: 340.8 lbs ( 154.6 kg) BMI: 43.8 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Wasn't hungry Drinks: Tap Water      Kind of grumbling about today's weigh in. I know that I shouldn't be too broken up about the day to day, and just keep in mind the weekly average. And it's only up one pound. But I'm up a pound the morning after eating an entire box of mac and cheese. I'm mainly just grumpy because I'm back over 340. So am I back over 340 because I ate some pasta, because I'm one person eating a box of mac and cheese that is intended for 4 people, or is it just day to day fluctuations. I'm telling myself not to worry about it.      I was going to do some grocery shopping to buy another couple of recipes to make videos of, but this next week I have the electricity and natural gas bills coming through. At least I'm praying that they come through next week. When you pay the bills at the store it tak

The price of eggs are starting to become a meme. My sister-in-law had some chickens and I was going to get the guts to ask her if I could buy some eggs from her, but Mom told me that a raccoon got into her chicken coop and enjoyed some “Chicken tartare”      I didn't have to work until 1pm that's two extra hours to get house cleaned up to do another recipe video tomorrow after I get groceries. That is if I ever get up and doing anything. Got most of the dishes done, I'll try to convince myself to finish them when I get home from work. (spoiler alert, no)      While I was doing dishes I had YouTube going as background nois

Weight: 351.0 lbs ( 159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Artichoke Bacon Chicken Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: coffee with cream Had to do a bit more dishes before I could cook breakfast. Running low on bacon. The call I was expecting discussing the scores for my computer skills test came as an email. The data entry scores were quite high, which makes sense for someone who has been a cashier for WAY too long. The words per minute was at 29 net wpm. Which is not great, but not terrible. My Excel knowledge was at 71% which kind of bummed me out because a 71% is a C- score, but the lady with the HR group said that the scores aren't “A,B,C,D” and a 71% is really quite good. And I scored 81% on my MS Word quiz. Which I feel is a good score either way. This afternoon I helped change some light bulbs for Grandma. I live in a very blessed family. Everyone I know always complains about their interactions with their family, but I have y

Weight: 348.4 lbs (158.0 kg) BMI: 44.7 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Cheesy Ramen Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: several cans of diet Coke and diet Dr Pepper, sparkling water, Kroger energy shot woo-hoo! Under 350lbs (159kg). That's what happens when you pay attention to what you eat. I did take a moment to run to the store to grab some bacon for breakfast. I also got some coffee filters, but didn't have time to drink an entire pot of coffee before work. Cheesy Ramen for lunch. Is Ramen Keto? It might be by the time I get done putting cheese in it. (That was a joke, Mom) I only have a couple of packs of Ramen left. I am looking forward to having more. Cheesy Ramen, but I really shouldn't have a need to buy any more. Work was typical BS, had a couple of people call in. One person I honestly don't know why she bothers working. She is just full excuses whenever she even bothers showing up, but today she called in with a note from her c

Drinks: a few cans of diet coke and diet Dr Pepper, 4 cans of Milwaukee's Best ICE Beer, sparkling water, Kroger energy shot, I feel that the phone interview went alright this morning. But I am REALLY not comfortable talking about myself in a promotional manner Interviewer: What's your strengths Me: Durrr Interviewer: What's some of your weaknesses Me: Duhhhh I feel that these are reasonable and regular questions. But when I'm trying to describe myself I just go immediately into. “Me is am no talking goods” I was so focused on the phone interview this morning that I almost forgot to do the blog post. The call only took about 20 minutes but I was just sitting here processing all of the “should have said” and “could have said” thoughts when I was starting to get hungry. I debated for a bit whether or not to finish off the bacon I had in

Kind of a boring day October 19, 2022

Weight: 355.4 lbs (161.2 kg) BMI: 45.6 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Goulash Dinner: Pork Steak/ Mac and cheese Drinks: several cans of Coke, Pepsi, and Big K Diet sodas, Kroger energy shot, Sparkling water Overcooked the bacon a bit, but at least this time I didn't almost burn the house down. Work was okay, we actually had everyone show up today. Still understaffed like crazy. Was oddly crazy busy. I don't know why it's been so busy this last week or so. The only thing that I can think of is that now that autumn is in full swing the sun is starting to do down earlier and when people see the sun going down they freak out and run to the store. Even though the store is open till 10 every night. But that's just how people think/act. I know that the Mac and cheese is about the opposite for the Keto diet that I keep saying that I want to be doing. But I was planning on using some boneless chicken thighs that I had left over from the last t

Weight: 351 lbs (159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: X Dinner: Bratwursts Has it really been almost an entire month since I last payed attention to what I ate? I didn't wake up planning on starting up this blog again. But I was talking to my Mom on the phone about helping her setting up the house that she just moved to and she mentioned my beer habit. And that's when I noticed that I hadn't had any for a while. I just kept looking at the price of the beer and that kept me dry. After I got off the phone with her I thought I might as well start this up again as well. It might keep me on the right path once my fiances clear up.   Anyway I was going to have bacon and eggs for breakfast, but I am all out of eggs. My sister-in-law sells the eggs that her chickens lay, I might check in with her to see if I can buy some from her. Sunday night I finally got around to counting out the meals that I have in my freezer and making a meal p

Waist: 57in (144.8 cm) Weight: 358.4 lbs (162.6 kg) Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Bottom Roast Steaks Dinner Beef and Broccoli I didn't have any eggs for breakfast, and I think my bacon had started going south on me. For Lunch I tried to fry up some bottom roast steaks. They were buy one get one free when I bought them. However the steaks were a lot like eating flip flop sandals. Flavor was fine. Ate them with some Sriracha Ranch Dressing. But mouthfeel was just horrible. They were just missing some toe straps for dinner I had some Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli that I made several weeks ago for my YouTube video series. And again I'm not sure if this was a good idea. The meat really didn't turn out right. I used flat iron steak for the meat and it went all stringy on me. And the Coconut Aminos really overpowers any other flavor. I've been trying to do the Keto Diet for quite some time. I just keep falling off of it. And every “reason” that I come up with

Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: was going to have pork chops, but they went bad on me Dinner: Chili Snack: Chicken Tenders, Sugar free Rockstar Energy I've also drank a lot of soda today. I didn't keep track. I've been wanting to quit drinking soda. But I've been falling for the sales recently. I think I'm going to start leaving my debit card at home when I go to work. For someone who wants to be a Blogger/Vlogger I don't seem to put much effort into my desired profession. I don't know what has gotten a hold of me lately I just can't seem to get moving on anything. It is probably depression. I was meaning to visit a doctor earlier this year. Not exactly for depression itself. More because the last time I've even had a checkup was back when I was in middle school when I was joining the track team. But then the GREAT PESTILENCE decided to hit. So yeah, sorry. I keep saying that I want to do the Keto diet, and I do follow it for a b

Weight: 341.6lbs Mood: Chill Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, coffee with Fiber supplement Lunch: 2 Bacon cheddar burger patties. Dinner: 5 pack of Hillshire Farm chederwurst, key lime sparkling water Notes: well, I finally got off my butt and cleaned my house (most of it anyway) My dad had bought me a new bed and is going to bring it over tomorrow and I didn't want him to come carrying a queen size bed through the tornado bombsite that has been my house recently. Who knows maybe the reason I haven't been very well lately is because I haven't been sleeping well. My old bed had a broken frame so I was sleeping on an incline and the mattress I have is considerably old. I don't exactly believe in Feng Shui (if that is the right thought process here) but I do have to say it is a lot less stressful to be in a clean house. Or a “cleaner” house anyway. Trying to avoid the bathroom (it be nasty) Getting back on track here. The last couple of days
