It's back under the start of the year again and only 4.3 lbs (2 kg) away from the “progress goal” of where I started the tracking back in 2014, only 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg) away from the lowest weight so far this year, and only about 8 lbs (3.6 kg) away from being under 40 BMI (morbidly obese ) I took a moment before work to record the other political short video that I was thinking of making, but again for some reason when I tried to transfer the files to the computer it only played the audio of the video, but not the video. Scale was down this morning. Not by much, but down is down. And waist is also down. Err downish, annoyingly enough it is at the same measurement it was at the beginning of the year so the projection is completely flat.

When I got to making breakfast there were only three eggs. When I cook bacon and eggs I eat 4 eggs and 4 strips of bacon. There's nothing saying that I'm required to have 4 eggs and 4 strips of bacon. But I feel like it would have thrown things off to only have 3 eggs. But it was an excuse to run to the store and grab the stuff to make Egg Stuff. It's been a while since I've had the egg scramble. I do have to say that my stomach really didn't like my breakfast decision. I swear if you have a pound or so to lose put half a dozen eggs into some sausage, cheese, and diced tomatoes with chilies. At least this time I didn't have the spicy sausage in it this time.

I finished off the Fathead Lasagna at lunch today. I decided to make the Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup tomorrow. I'm pretty sure that is another soup that makes a whole lot. I don't think it is enough to make two weeks worth of lunches like with the “Detox” soup

Sat around a lot today. Did quite a bit of zombie scrolling on social media. Kept jumping up to try to find something to do, but then told myself that I'm wanting to keep off of my left foot.

Short post, but not much to talk about today.

Grilled some cheeseburger patties for dinner. Had better luck grilling tonight than I did previously.
