I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind ...

I wasn't able to wake up as early as yesterday. I was able to gain consciousness at the alarms, but I couldn't think of anything to do that I needed to do to get the motivation to get up. I did finally wake up properly around 8am but didn't get the momentum going until closer to 9am. I didn't have to work until 11, but it kind of sucks to wake up with just enough time to count down to the time to go to work. Kind of why I want to start waking up earlier. But then again waking earlier just makes you more tired after work. But then again seeing sunrise yesterday was really quite beautiful, and with it being fall and then winter pretty soon, I'm not going to see the sunset for a while. (lol that sounds dramatic, but I work inside)

The thought debate I had this morning was that I watch a stream known as Radio Dead Air which plays every Monday night (well, not tonight he decided to play tomorrow night) and I usually drink beer while watching that. Well, I'm drinking beer for a lot of things, but I was drinking beer while watching RDA before I was dependent, and with this blog and plan I wouldn't be able to do that. The debate could have been seen like those cartoons with the angel on one shoulder and a demon on the other.
Demon: you could just buy the beer and just lie about it.
Angel: BIG RED FLAG, BIG RED FLAG!
Demon: you could just get the no carb beer so you wouldn't brake Keto.
Angel: you're literally waking up thinking about beer, and how to hide it from Family/Friends/Followers that is seriously no bueno.
Demon: You could buy Vodka, that's not "beer" exactly
Angel: You don't even like vodka, you think the hard liquors taste like earwax

(I honestly am not sure if I should have put that part into this. Now that I mentioned a possibility the thought of of lying on here would that cause doubt on any lengthily streak? But lying about thinking about lying is a lie...I think, philosophy is weird)

Overcooked the bacon this morning and the eggs just weren't appetizing so I had a light breakfast.

First half of work was alright, they're wanting to keep the Supervisor off of the register, there is good logic to that, and wanting lower wait times for our customers is a good thing. But it is going to be a challenge to lower wait times if they're not going to give us more help.

Rockstar energy drinks were BOGO this week so I picked up a couple of them, one to have with lunch, and hopefully one for tomorrow. I hope I don't fall to that temptation after work tonight, because that would not help with my attempt to wake up earlier everyday. But there's a thought, maybe I should keep it next to my alarm clock and drink it in the morning when it goes off.

One source of relief is that the last couple of checks that I had out have finally passed through. I was budgeting them to come through back on Thursday and it's been kind of annoying to adjust the budget spreadsheet everyday passing the payments to the next day. And my left foot is feeling much better, right foot is a bit sore, but that might be because I was favoring the left. Ice does feel nice on both of the feet though.

Angel won the argument this evening. I didn't buy beer, but I did pick up some cases of diet soda. I do want to quit drinking anything but water, but soda is a right step right? And it is fascinating that I got the four 24 pack cases of soda at a price that wasn't much more than a single 24 case of beer. Something I looked up just now is that Diet Soda is also bad for your liver. -_- Oh well, once I kick the beer habit the soda habit is next. The thought behind that is analogous of someone who is a smoker going to vaping to quit smoking and then to quit vaping

PS: I need to figure out how to change the thumbnail on this blog when I share it to Facebook, when I share the link it wants to have the thumbnail of a weekly weigh in video from back in April.
