Weight: 344.2 lbs ( 156.1 kg) BMI: 44.2 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Snack: Sea Salt Mixed Nuts Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Week 4 (Day 30) YMCA: X Finally some progress on the waist. I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. Technically Under The Goal Daily Blog January 23, 2023

Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs
Lunch: Hamburger Sausage Alfredo
Dinner: Pork Steak
Drinks: couple cups of coffee, Tap water

   I am at a loss for words for this mornings weigh in. I'm technically under my current goal of 330lbs (149.7 kg) But with daily fluctuations I'm not going to call myself past that goal just yet. I went and looked over my YouTube playlist to see when the last time I was under 330 lbs and it was back in early 2019. And going over that playlist it looks like 330 lbs is a long time hurdle for me. But that's just looking at the thumbnails of the videos. Starting out it looks like I was 314.8 (142.8 kg) back in 2014 and it would be nice to get back to that starting weight. I just can't believe that I'm already down 17.4 pounds (6.5 kg) already! I'm sure that this isn't going to be a sustained rate, but good LORD it's a good start to the year.

    Not losing much in the waist department. I know that you can't chose where you lose the weight from. (Despite what the advertisements on line for specific products promise) It would be nice to get rid of some of this torso fat. If I'm doing my research right lots of torso fat is a sign of something called Visceral fat. And that seems to be the fast that causes the problems for fat people. (heart conditions, liver problems, ect.) Pant legs seem to be looser. Perhaps I'm losing fat in my legs? It would make sense that I'd lose the fat in the area that I do my most activity. I'm walking around a lot more than I'm doing crunches. With my job having me walking around 8 to 9 hours a day, I just didn't think I had much fat down there. I have noticed that my belt is tightening up. It is an elastic belt, so there aren't notches or holes in it so I can't tell if it's legitimately getting tightened or just being stretched out.

    And the continuing whining about ads on YouTube the game Hero Wars is a game I have absolutely NO interest in. It looks like one of those games that is more micro-transactions than game play. And I think they spent all of the money they made on the game for YouTube advertisements because every five minutes or so I have a little cartoon character screaming his head off as he's kicked off of a cliff or building. I'll block the ad and then get a notification that I won't see THAT particular ad anymore, but I'll still see other ads from the same advertiser though. I just want them to go away. I'm thinking that when I get the Fresh Start Loan from my bank paid off later this spring I'm going to turn YouTube Premium back on. These things are driving me insane.

    Had a pork steak in the fridge for a while, it's in a vacuum sealed bag so it was still good. It's just been in the fridge for a while. I kept forgetting that it was there when I was getting chicken out to make dinner each night. I was reminding myself of it all day long. I'd hate for the pork steak in the fridge to go bad because I was eating the chicken from the freezer that would have been stable.

    Electricity and Natural Gas checks dropped today. I wasn't too worried about them since it's past the payday of the week that I was budgeting them for. But it is nice that they are in and done. A bit annoyed that the next months bills are posted online before the checks from the last bills are done processing. At least they're not due until middle of next month.
