Resetting back to a couple of days ago. So back to making progress for the month. Feet really hurt this morning. They stopped hurting as I got up and moving around. As I was leaving for work (dressed, so I know it wasn't a dream) I noticed that the windows were down a bit. I hurriedly thought if it had rained last night. I don't think that it did. I'm sure that I had just left them down a bit because of the great weather we've been having the last couple of days. On the way to work I am starting to wonder if the sensor on the traffic light is working or not. So today I am kind of going to do a “Two meal a day” plan. This is more or less what I normally do. I don't normally take the time to have breakfast each day.      Was almost late to work today. I recorded a weekly weigh in video before work, but didn't have time to upload it before I had to leave. And that's when the panic came. I couldn't find my wallet! I was tearing the house apart looking for my wallet. It takes me about 10 minutes to drive to work and it was three minutes before I had to be there before I just grabbed my debit card (which wasn't in my wallet see previous blog entries for why) and told myself that I should just drive safely so I wouldn't get pulled o...

Not sure if anyone cares, or if I should even bother. I tell myself that I'm doing it to get in the habit of counting calories. But I rarely get very driven to keep up on this. I would “like” to do keto. But that does take a bit of doing to get into the habit of eating certain things. And a lot of my problems in general is getting into a habit of doing things. My main problem is the sin of Sloth. I spend way too much time just sitting around waiting for things to get better.
