Still up for the month, but sill 12.2 lbs down for the year so far. I've been taking a regimen of Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen to keep tooth pain under control. Probably been taking too much, but will have to work until Tuesday. I'm not sure if it is related to the tooth pain, but I have been really clumsy. I cannot type worth a damn this morning. And was slightly clumsy all day long. I just couldn't point out correct things and push correct buttons. I bounced around a lot at work. I worked 11am to 6:30. Wind is howling like crazy this morning. Last night when I went to bed I did see a couple of flashes of lightning which is to be expected for March in Kansas.

Brain is really flat lined this morning. I know that there are things that I want to be doing, there are things that I should be doing. I just can't think of what those things are supposed to be. I knew that I worked 2pm to 10pm this evening. And I knew that when I work later in the evening I usually sit around doing math about how much I have left before I have to go to work. And that's all I do and I always get frustrated that all I do is sit around counting down until I have to go to work.

I figured sitting down was the problem so I tried not to sit down a lot before work. I remembered that I said that I was going to dust off the Bookshelf next to my desk. I got the top and the two top shelves cleaned off and done before I had to leave for work. I don't get off until late tonight so I'll try to clean off more of that shelf tomorrow morning.

A bit brain dead at work today. Really wish I had the energy today that I had over the last two days. But I just kind of drifted there standing around. It was strange to have a 5:2 split that started at 2pm. So I was having “lunch” at 7pm at night. And feels strange to come back to work to be a cashier for 2 hours.

Can't really think of anything that really happened today. Feet felt better than they usually do. But by the end of the evening my knees were starting to get grumpy.

Not much time to come up with anything to say, and too tired to force myself to make a long post. So I'll just end it here. Not sure if it's Keto Flu or if I'm coming down with something. But I'm tired.
