Good drop on the scale this morning. Strangely dumping most of the up from yesterday. It's nice to be back under 320 lbs (145 kg).

Not a very productive day before work. I am working 3:30 to 10 this evening. But today before work I just didn't have the “get it done” to find anything to do. Another day when I'd blink and it's an hour or so later.

I was low on bacon so I had to run to the store before I had breakfast.

I had a half hour lunch again today so I brought my lunch with me as I didn't have time to go all of the way home and back for lunch.

This is going to be a short post as I was the closing cashier this evening. I was checking for most of the day. 

Baked a pork steak when I got home. The pork steak that I had in the fridge had started to go south so I threw that out and baked another one from frozen. I am glad that works. But it is concerning that the meat is going bad so quickly. I'll thaw out the freezer again this Monday.
