Not quite as low as the record on Saturday, but still really nice. Great to notice that my left foot has stopped hurting. Not sure if that's because of the weight loss, the fact that I've been off of my feet a lot for most of the week so far, or a combination of each. But it is nice to walk around without limping and I can walk with the entire foot. Or I so I thought as later in the evening when I ran to the store to get a couple of things the foot really started twinging. I don't know if I'm sitting in the car wrong or something but it was feeling fine until I got in the car but not for long. Slow waking up...

Keto Week 3 (Day 26) (70/365 Days 2026 Keto)

Started the day with a burst of excitement as this was the fourth month in a row that I was able to pay all of the months bills before the month starts. I paid the natural gas bill yesterday as the payment usually comes in the next businesses day, but that payment hasn't landed for some reason. I'm sure that it'll be here tomorrow or at least by Monday. But no matter all of the bills are paid before the month starts and all of my accounts are above the minimum balance. It would be nice if the balances were a bit higher, but I'm not in a position to complain.

A little annoyed by the scale this morning. Two days ago was the first day in almost 11 years that I was under the “Mortally Obese” and yesterday I had gotten under the current “short goal” but this morning I was back up above the mortally obese level and over the short goal. But fluctuations happen.

Today was the half day that I was scheduled to work. So I worked noon to 5pm. I worked as a carryout the entire day. As that is only 5 hours I didn't have a lunch break. I did manage to take a 15 minute break. I picked up a tube of cashews. I have had these off and on for months and I've always struggled getting the package open. I had been trying to force the package open. Being careful to not rip it open too hard because I don't want the packaging to explode and send the nuts everywhere. And I just noticed that it has a little notch to tear the package open. So I felt kind of silly how easy it was to tear the little notch open with how much effort I had been putting into trying to rip the bottom of the tube open.

I didn't have lunch until I got home at 5pm. So it was a late lunch.

But after I ate lunch I just kind of sat here dozing at the computer. I think that it was that I had already gone to work and usually after I work I'm tired for the day and even though I had a half day I felt like I was done for the day because I had worked for the day. I was kind of surprised when 8pm got here and I had just sat here. I was planning on baking some bratwursts for dinner so I went ahead and did that. Left foot was a bit grumpy when I stood back up from sitting here at the computer for so long. But not nearly as bad as it had been before.
