It's back under the start of the year again and only 4.3 lbs (2 kg) away from the “progress goal” of where I started the tracking back in 2014, only 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg) away from the lowest weight so far this year, and only about 8 lbs (3.6 kg) away from being under 40 BMI (morbidly obese ) I took a moment before work to record the other political short video that I was thinking of making, but again for some reason when I tried to transfer the files to the computer it only played the audio of the video, but not the video. When I play the video on my phone it plays the video, but doesn't want to play on my computer. And I had a hard time getting...

Keto Day 1
Sober Month 1 (Day 40)

YMCA: X

The moment I stood up this morning there was like a wave of fire that swept through my feet, but it didn't last long as I got up and moved around. However sitting at the computer my knees and elbows are snapping and popping like crazy.

I stepped on the scale to do a weekly weigh in, but Roommate woke up before I could do the video. It is kind of exciting to be down to the level of making progress for the year again. Again, happiness is not a number on the scale, but progress really is the best motivation.

Last night Roommate said that he was going to do laundry this morning before I had to go to work so I was going to do the Weekly Weigh In video as he did laundry. But he decided to do it tomorrow. He's been saying “tomorrow” for the last several weeks. But then again I can't judge, I've been saying “tomorrow” to going to the YMCA for the last month or so.

Bacon produced a crap-load of grease as I cooked it. If I wasn't doing Keto and had some potatoes, I probably could have made some French Fries. I think in the future I'm going to skip the cream in the coffee, it seems to make me burp a lot.

I took a while at lunch to do grocery shopping as I needed to get some Paper Towels and Toilet Paper. I decided to pick up some stuff to make Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf as I have been thinking that it's been a while since I've had meatloaf. And since I took so long shopping at lunch I decided to just have some of the Smoked Sausages that I usually have as a snack. But I was a bit more hungry than what a pack of the sausages would have satiated. And I didn't want to fall back on Fried Chicken. To be honest I did “want” some fried chicken if you know what I mean. But falling back on fried chicken everyday for lunch is how I got into this situation in the first place. I chose to pick up a container of Cottage Cheese. It kinda sucked because there wasn't any pepper in the break room. Plain Cottage Cheese with no garlic powder or pepper kinda sucks.

Frustrated at the step count today. I closed the desk. And whenever I'm scheduled to work the desk I never get enough walking in to match the goal I have on my watch. I have it set to 14,000 steps. I'm not sure if there should be a certain number of steps that one should make, but the original step count was WAY too low for my daily activities. But hey, at least all of the closing reports came out even at work. It's always annoying when something is off. I'm not responsible for balancing reports, or investigating my they would be off. But it's nice when they're naturally even. It means that I didn't mess anything up.

Really smokey cooking the Meatloaf this evening. The problem with having too much grease translated to the meatloaf as well, as the grease in the loaf pan overflowed onto the oven's heating elements.

My feet didn't hurt this evening. But when I sat down after cooking dinner my knees were a bit sore. But not as bad as other nights.

The Hot Ends for the 3D printers still say that they're going to be delivered on Tuesday, but Amazon still hasn't charged my bank account for the order, and it still hasn't shown that they've been shipped yet.
