Finally some progress on the waist. I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning.

It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind of suck. Computer Chairs are like shoes, you really want to spend some money to get the good kind. And I did spend a good amount of money on this chair. To be fair I did get my money's worth out of it. This is the first chair that I've had long enough to develop an emotional connection with. It is impressive that I've had this chair since 2020. Four and half years of holding up against my Morbidly Obese butt is impressive. Shout out to AKRacing (Not sponsored) And I am not suffering financially for normal stuff. But buying a new computer chair would be a bit of a challenge at the moment.

I had to laugh at my computer this morning. Last night I stayed up too late watching a streamer that I like to follow. He usually streams on Monday night, but he wasn't feeling well so he streamed last night. And I had a lot of tabs on my web browser of videos that I haven't watched yet, but interesting videos that I would like to watch. It was several dozen tabs of videos that I spent all day catching up on. I guess I could add YouTube Addiction to the list along with Alcohol and Sugar. Lol.

I did get a bit of exercise today as Roommate had a nurse come in today. And when I'm home on the nurse comes by there's an agreement that I take the dog for a ride. Unfortunately I had forgotten my keys as I left the apartment. So I just took the dog for a walk. That damned dog was determined to strangle himself the entire hour that I was wondering around the neighborhood. The weather, not what I would call “warm” wasn't too bad for a walkabout, but when I got back to the apartment it looked like there was a green filter on everything for about half an hour due to the light reflecting off of all of the snow still on the ground from the blizzard that we had last week.

I'm going to be attending a funeral tomorrow so I stopped by the store to let them know that I wont be in tomorrow. I had a hard time finding anybody with hours available to cover mine, but it didn't seem like they were expecting me to cover my own hours so I could attend a funeral. While I was in the store I suddenly had an extreme craving for potato chips. I figured that I just wanted something salty and crunchy. So I grabbed a canister of mixed nuts. They didn't have the kind of crunch I was wanting. And I did graze on them a bit too much. 

Baked some Bratwursts for dinner again. I'm getting kind of tired of having the same thing over and over, but I didn't have anything else planned.
