I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind ...

Off to a roaring start this year. 3 weeks sober, but haven't been very Ketogenic yet so far. I made a Weekly Weigh In video yesterday. Editing went long so I had to finish it after work. And it felt weird to make a Vlog, and then a Blog. Because of the weather I was stuck at the store for lunch. I shouldn't complain about the weight gain the next day if I'm going to have Doritos and Fried Chicken for lunch. Spent all evening burping after lunch. I'm thinking that the Fried Chicken makes me burp a lot. Roommate made a pot of chili last night and that's why I had corn chips earlier today.

I took an inventory of the freezer today to set up the meal plan for the week. And I went to the store to get the ingredients for a couple of recipe videos. Tomorrow's video is Bacon and Eggs and it was recorded a couple of weeks ago. But it would be nice to get a head start on the videos. That'll mean I have the carnivore recipe done for this month, the two recipes planned to be cooked tomorrow and then the archive video for the last week of the month that is already recorded and just needs to be edited to clean it up for the new channel.

What was the most exciting about getting the groceries bought for the recipe videos was that I was able to buy the planned groceries without using a check. Far too often I have to write a check to buy groceries. That's why I often buy groceries on Tuesday, because if I write a write a check on Tuesday the check will process on Thursday when I get paid. But it seems that I am in the financial position to finally just buy groceries without having to worry if the check is going to clear. Or making sure if I have enough to get groceries and doing the math to see if I have enough to pay the bills in a couple of weeks. Holiday pay helped with that, and the fact that Roommate finally sent me his half of December's rent, and he said that he'll get his half of January's rent this week when he gets paid.

<Sorry political opinion inbound>
There was a headline saying that a human has died of Bird Flu. First thought is, condolences to their family, the second thought is...really? Seriously? It might be a selfish thought but I can't help but have flashbacks to 2020. Where we had half of people saying “We're pro life until we're mildly inconvenienced, than the dead were weak who don't deserve to live anyway.” And the other half just blaming everything on the first half. Because why would the second half be responsible for anything?

Lost track of time on my day off, almost forgot to post.
