I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind ...

I got one of the recipes recorded before Roommate woke up. It is an AI inspired recipe Called Cheesy Spinach Sausage Bake. It was an easy thing to cook and it came out pretty well. Cutting up the onions did make my eyes burn for a while though. It took all day to edit the video. I just kept falling asleep here at the desk. I hope that isn't a indication on how people are going to react to the video.

Took the dog out for a drive this afternoon while Roommate was with his nurse. It was unnerving that my tires gave a “Low Pressure” warning. I was getting that warning for the last couple of days. This is kind of upsetting because I just got a new set of tires back in the end of 2023 as a Christmas gift. In conversations with other people they say that it is because of how cold it has been over the last couple of days. And I'm pretty sure that is the coldest it has been since I bought the car back in 2020, but I'm kind of concerned that there's something wrong with these tires. I went ahead and added air to the tires. But now I'm nervous that 1. There might be something wrong with my tires. 2. If there wasn't anything wrong with the tires until I put air in them while it was cold enough to lower the air pressure in them what happens when it warms up again the pressure goes up? Will the air pressure balance as needed? Will I have to somehow manually adjust the pressure?

Kind of reversed Breakfast and Lunch today. As a part of doing the recipe video includes doing a taste test. And it was kind of an early lunch because I did have it close to noon. I only ate because after Roommate called me to say that his nurse was done with him he requested that I run by a local coffee shop's drive through for a Red Bull based drink. I thought that it sounded like a good drink to have, but as I was getting out of the car with the dog the dog took off like a rocket. I was more than a little annoyed that a drink that I had just spent about $7 go flying because the dog insists on running at the speed of light every second he's outside of the house and my elbow and shoulder went into three different directions. I wasn't injured, but I ended up thinking that I was about to consume something, to not having that thing. So I just decided to have some Bacon and Eggs.

A while back I had bought some Flounder and Pollack Fillets. I never got the guts to try them before. I thought I'd go ahead and try baking some Flounder Fillets tonight. I seasoned them with some salt and Cajun seasoning that I had in the cabinet. I sprinkled some lemon juice over the top of them. They turned out pretty good. I had prepared some Mac and Cheese to go with because I wasn't confident that they'd be as good as they were. Next time I bake these fillets I'll skip on the lemon juice, it didn't taste bad, it just didn't taste like it fit.

Actually going to go to bed on time tonight. Not sure why I'm dragging so much today. Not sure if it's the cold, the lack of sunlight, or maybe because I'm not following Keto. I do know that I'll be better on that last point tomorrow. Or at least I'm hoping to be. It might just be because of body mass. It does take more energy to move 352 lbs (160 kg) than it would to move 330 lbs (150 kg)
