Weight: 344.2 lbs ( 156.1 kg) BMI: 44.2 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Snack: Sea Salt Mixed Nuts Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Week 4 (Day 30) YMCA: X Finally some progress on the waist. I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind ...

Still Trying to Think of a Title 9-27-20

Weight: 360.0 (163.3 kg)

Waist: 57 in (144.8cm)

Breakfast: Rib eye

Lunch: Deli Fried Chicken, Sugar Free Rockstar Energy

Dinner: 5x Bratwurst

There have been really good sales on meat over the last couple of weeks. That's the only reason that I was able to have a high end steak for breakfast. I thought about having eggs to go with. But I'm getting a bit tired of eggs. I didn't plan out lunch or dinner so I had fried chicken from the deli for lunch (not exactly Keto, but I'll roll with it) and picked up some bratwursts for dinner. (better for Keto, but not great for variety if I don't get a meal plan together)

My knee is reminding me about that diet that I wanted to be on. It hurts when I have to squat down and feels tight when I stand back up. People have asked me if I'm okay when I stand up. I get the feeling that is because I am breathing heavy when I stand up from a squat. but the reason I am breathing heavy is because my massive gut is pressing against my lungs when I bend down.

I have been feeling better today than I felt yesterday. Yesterday I just felt horrible. Arms and legs felt like they weighed a ton a piece. And walking around felt like I was walking though thick syrup. And every movement took all of my mental effort. But I did have a bit more mental and physical GO today. I don't know if yesterday was just getting back into Ketosis (Keto flu) or if there was something else wrong with me. But I am feeling better now.

Someone at work asked me if I was starting to see any effects of the Keto diet so far. I told her that I've only been half-assing the diet for a couple of days so far so it is really too early to tell any effects just yet, but I have had a lot of success before when I have been serious with it. But so far over these last couple of days I have noticed that I have been peeing a lot (sorry for personal stuff). According to google glycogen is what carbs turn into when you eat them and for every gram of glycogen in your body you have 3 to 4 grams of water. So it stands to reason any weight lost in the next couple of days will just be water leaving. but then again when someone who is more than double their "ideal weight" any loss is probably a good loss

I'm going to look up and study what causes and how belly fat works. I've seen headlines of the horrors of fat that is focused on the midsection and that is where all of my visible fat is. Yes I have a nearly 60 inch (~150 cm) waist, but my arms are quite skinny. My legs are quite thick, but I do believe that they are all muscle (I'm walking around 4 to 8 hours a day, my legs aren't fat)

I don't work until late tomorrow afternoon and I am off on Tuesday, so I think I'll spend the morning taking inventory of my freezer and creating a meal plan and a shopping list.I think I'll record some recipe videos tomorrow and Tuesday. I still plan on releasing a Keto Recipe Video every Tuesday, I just haven't been very active on my YouTube.

I love the weather that we had today. Dark, cloudy, cool, with off and on light rain. That is all kinds of my jam. With the amount that the temperature changed I was kind of surprised that we didn't get harsher storms. Usually if the high one day is in the mid 90's and the next is in the 70's it'll be a night where you have to batten down the hatches and hold on, but unless I slept extremely well last night we only had a bit of light rain

Grandpa S has been in and out of hospital this last month or so. I don't think it's THE pestilence, I've been told that he has pneumonia. He can't have visitors in his room. But Mom says that his room is on the ground floor and has windows so he can have visitors show up at the window. I don't know if I'll do that. I'll wait for him to come home to visit. I don't want to treat him like some creature in a zoo. My Sister and Mother talk about how they've talked with him over the phone. But they say that he can't breath real well, and I have to say, when I talk on the phone I can never seem to breathe right and I wouldn't want to subject him to that.
