Weight: 315.1 lbs ( 142.9 kg) BMI: 40.5 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Low Carb Jambalaya Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Apple Cider Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 452) Keto Week 2 (Day 16) (60/365 Days 2026 Keto) Whoa, 7.4 pounds (3.4 kg) in 4 days. I don't know if that's because of the tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar that I've been putting in the morning coffee, but it is an interesting correlation that after putting vinegar in the coffee I've started dropping weight like crazy. Waist is up a bit, but the gut does feel like it's sagging more in the front. Lowest weight since 2015, and the lowest ever recorded on here. It would be fun to get under the 314.8 lbs that I started at back in 2014. So lowest weight in 10 years.  Got the oil changed today. Daily Food Blog 9/30/18

Breakfast: none

Lunch: Baked Deli Chicken, Energy Shot, Mixed Berry Sparkling water

Dinner: 20oz Cherry Dr Pepper, 1/2 box of Chili Macaroni Hamburger Helper, 4oz Nacho Taco Shredded Cheese (Melted in the Hamburger Helper) burned the hell out of the hamburger in it. saving the other half for lunch tomorrow.

Didn't get a chance to weigh in this morning, work woke me up offering more hours.  And I'm not really in a position to turn down work hours.  I really haven't been tracking what I've been eating lately (I haven't been doing much of anything lately) {outside of watching WAY too much YouTube} I would like to get more things done, but lately I have just not done things.  I have been wanting to do the Keto diet, but I haven't been planing out my meals properly so I keep falling back on bad Mac and cheese and Hamburger Helper habits.  And that's one of the reasons I haven't been doing this food blog thing.  I'm kind of embarrassed that I keep saying that I want to do the Keto diet and then say that I had mac and cheese for dinner. But since the month is starting up again I am feeling like getting started back up into doing these daily blogs.  There's also a fairly sizeable list of videos I would like to get done, but if I'm being realistic with myself I doubt I'll even get a third of those videos done.
