I wasn't able to upload last night as it was a bit late already when I got home last night and I had yet to assemble my computer after the move. I slept considerably better last night than I did the night before. The night of Saturday going into Sunday I just couldn't fall asleep. I'm not sure what the issue was, new pillows? New bed? New Room? But I was flopping around without sleep. The bed is King Sized, but I kept finding the edge of the bed and had to keep pushing myself back from the edge and kept getting tangled up in the blanket. Breakfast: Pot Roast with carrots and potatoes, coffee

Snack: bagged salad, cheese, Ranch dressing

Lunch: deli fried chicken, peach sparkling water

Dinner: Philly Cheese Burger Hamburger helper, Kiwi Strawberry Sparkling water

Notes: Woohoo! Finally under 330 lbs again. I haven't been under 330 since November. I'm going to see if I can stay under 330 for a bit before I change what I say what my new target weight is. I had a slow cooker cooking a pot roast last night, but my mother had invited me over to her house for dinner so I was able to set up a couple of servings of pot roast for today. However, when it came to eat the pot roast just didn't sound good at the time, but I will hold on to it for future meals.
