Slept until almost 9am and even when checking my watch I tried to do mental math to try to convince myself that I, “really didn't need to get going just yet, I still have 'this' amount of time before I have to get ready. Felt kind of strange when I woke up, it kind of felt like I was hungover. I was able to have time to cook the bacon and eggs. I also threw some chicken into the air fryer. I didn't have time before work to clean it, but I cleaned it after work. I was going to put a pork loin in the fryer as I'm pretty sure that would work out fine.      Allergies are banging again. Didn't have breakfast. Had hot dogs for lunch. Hamburger helper for dinner. My head hurts, my eyes hurt, my ears hurt. I am not in a good state right now. I really am hoping that it is just allergies.
      Ducked out of work again. This sinus headache was just too much. Had a real fun moment when I told one guy that his total was $47 and some odd cents. And the dude exploded! He started screaming hooping and hollering. He was hoping to have an order under $50. Dude is damn near doing jumping jacks and I'm just clutching my head in pain.

Really good drop on the scale this morning. I haven't started a year under 330 (149.7 kg) since 2015. I've been lower in weight a couple of times last year. But I haven't been this constantly low for quite some time. Roommate was up all night last night screaming in pain. I'm a bit nervous to ask him what's wrong, only because I'm pretty sure that I already know. I'm willing to bet that his problems are something to do with his “Werther's Original Meal Replacement Plan” he's never been a big fan of the Keto/carnivore diets (The Proper Human Diet as Dr Berry calls them).
