But I'm sure that it has been a while. I cooked bacon and eggs for breakfast and ran the Air fryer to cook the chicken for lunch. I noticed that Mom was trying to get the kitchen cleaned up so I took the effort to clean up after the air fryer and put it away. A habit that I need to work on.  On the way to work I had an errant thought. All of the reading online seemed to say that the cause of a low credit score is the result of irresponsible spending.      Allergies are banging again. Didn't have breakfast. Had hot dogs for lunch. Hamburger helper for dinner. My head hurts, my eyes hurt, my ears hurt. I am not in a good state right now. I really am hoping that it is just allergies.
      Ducked out of work again. This sinus headache was just too much. Had a real fun moment when I told one guy that his total was $47 and some odd cents. And the dude exploded! He started screaming hooping and hollering. He was hoping to have an order under $50. Dude is damn near doing jumping jacks and I'm just clutching my head in pain.

Really good drop on the scale this morning. I haven't started a year under 330 (149.7 kg) since 2015. I've been lower in weight a couple of times last year. But I haven't been this constantly low for quite some time. Roommate was up all night last night screaming in pain. I'm a bit nervous to ask him what's wrong, only because I'm pretty sure that I already know. I'm willing to bet that his problems are something to do with his “Werther's Original Meal Replacement Plan” he's never been a big fan of the Keto/carnivore diets (The Proper Human Diet as Dr Berry calls them).
