I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind ...

Started of with some bacon and eggs. I still haven't gotten the bacon right, it's always burnt halfway to charcoal or still half raw. Sometimes on the same strip. I'm kind of starting to see the greatness of over easy eggs. But they do seem to be a pain to eat compared to eggs cooked hard. It almost seems necessary to switch back between a fork and a spoon. And I was really clumsy and irritable this morning. The other day I had bumped into a door frame and I now have a heck of a bruise on the back of my left arm. And everything I touch seems to end up on the floor, or seems to knock something else onto the floor.
If I ever get the energy I seriously need to clean my house. I did most of my dishes the other day so I have the dishes to cook my food. But I don't have a clean enough kitchen to make a recipe video. And when I recorded that last Vlog type video I had to position my desk chair to hide the rubbish that is covering my living room.
Today work was busy but mostly smooth. Until the peak hours. During the school season there really are two times of the day when EVERYBODY seems to want to go to the store. That is the time leading up to and around noon. And from the late 3pm hour to 6pm. You want a piece of advice as to when the best times to go shopping? 8am to 10am 1pm to 2pm or 7pm to 8pm. If you're shopping on a weekday at Noon or at 3pm to 6pm. You are doing your shopping when everyone in the entire time zone is doing their shopping also. And the twist this evening was that one of the carryout kids that was supposed to work this evening was in his high school band and since it was Friday he had to play in the band at the football game. He was supposed to come into work, but supposedly didn't know that he had to play in the band until 3. It does suck being down a carryout, but at least he wasn't a checker or running the self checkout or anything. And I would say to anyone who has to choose between going to work at the store and engaging with school? PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, choose the school work.
For lunch I picked up a pack of hot dogs. Hot dogs and mustard are quite good for my Keto diet. Quite a bit better than the bag of Cheetos Puffs that I decided to have with the hot dogs.
When I got home this evening the flies in my house were INSANE. I think it is because of the time of year. My thought is that they can sense that it's going to start cooling down and they need to be more active, unfortunately they are more active IN MY FACE. I'm trying to write this all out with flies that seem to act half drunk flying into my head and buzzing around my face.
For dinner this evening I baked some chicken thighs and drumsticks. These were baked in some sugar free BBQ sauce that I discovered a little while ago. I did have to sit down for a while before I cooked dinner. Even though all I had to do was put the chicken in a dish and bake it for a while. I have to have a “recovery period” after I get home from work before I can do anything but sit here staring at YouTube. So I did eat dinner quite a bit later than a lot of people have suggested, but once I sit down after work I am just useless for an hour to an hour and a half after work. I can't say that I ate because I was hungry, but it just didn't seem right to not have anything to eat after I got home from work.

I wasn't going to talk about the cheep beer that I picked up after work today, but I realized that I'm not doing myself any favors by lying about what I'm doing. And again I'll admit that I need to stop drinking beer. There is absolutely nothing that those beers are doing for me, other than the slight numbness that they apply. But at least I didn't pick up the 12 pack of the other beer that I've had picked up before. So hopefully if I get in the habit of restricting myself to $50 per week, and blogging the stuff that I eat/drink I can get better at living the life that I need to be living
