Weight: 324.6 lbs ( 147.2 kg) BMI: 41.7 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Smithfield Pork Loin Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 386) Keto Day 2 (5/365 Days 2026 Keto) Weight is up 1 pound (~0.5 kg) I'm not too worried about the day to day ups and downs. I see an up weight like a opposing team in football getting a touchdown. Yeah, it kind of sucks, but the game isn't over yet. Mom made a Facebook post saying that she's not going to weigh in outside of her doctor's visits. And I understand and respect that as she's focusing on “Non Scale Victories” And I respect that, but I personally like to see the line move over time.  This morning my feet weren't hurting as much as previous days. Breakfast: bacon and eggs, can of Mt Dew Major Melon zero
Lunch: Kraft mac and cheese
Dinner: T-bone, Black & Blueberry Sparkling Water
Soda: 2x sparkling waters over the day.

     kinda fun to try to restart this on a Sunday that lands on the first of the month. I really wasn't planing that. Didn't really plan on this at all, I was just sitting at my computer while my bacon cooked and I remembered that I had this project before.

     Lunch wasn't even kind of keto, but I haven't been paying attention to my food reserves and although I do have a lot of frozen chicken, steaks, and somehow a bit of frozen chicken; I don't have a whole lot of the individual servings of the soups or casseroles that I want to bring to work with me. And I'm not really in the position of what I normally do when I don't have any meals ready for lunch. Where I just go to the deli and grab some fried chicken or go out to one of the fast food restaurants. And I had a digital coupon for some mac and cheese last week that I took advantage of it. So I had some mac and cheese to bring for lunch.

     Dinner was a bit delayed. I had forgotten to write my rent check before I had to get to work, so when I got home I had to recover from work before I could get around to writing and sending off my check. So even though I got off at 8pm it was after 10 before I was able to grill up my steak. And I'm sure that someone in the future reading this is scoffing at my claims of financial issues while I am saying that I'm chowing down on a T-bone. But I had bought this steak several months ago, and thanks to coupons and manager specials it was actually cheaper than hamburger. T-bone steaks seem to have quite the reputation, but I find them to be kind of annoying to eat. the bone going through the middle just annoys me. I also picked up a bottle of sparkling water to use as a ice pad for later. I'm not a big fan of Black & Blueberry. There is a variety of flavors of sparkling waters at the store, and I'm going to try to drink more of that water instead of Pop.
