Weight: 330.4 lbs ( 149.9 kg) BMI: 42.4 Waist: 53 in (135.9 cm)  WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Pork Steak and Eggs  Snack: Vienna Sausages Lunch: AI Chili   Snack: Pork Rinds  Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 8 (Day 263) Keto Week 2 (Day 18) Disappointing jump in the weight this morning. But it's still lower than most of the month so far. I'm guessing that the weight jump today was because of how much seltzer that I drank last night as I was really quite thirsty.  Breakfast was a pork steak and eggs. It wasn't a very big steak, why I chose to have it for breakfast instead of dinner. It was a strangely shaped steak so parts of it was burning while some other parts were nearly still raw. Breakfast: Bacon and eggs
Lunch: Fathead lasagna
Dinner: Baked Chicken
Drinks: Pot of coffee, 2x Kroger energy shots, 3600ml water

    Had a real smert moment this morning. Every day I step on the scale before I shower and I started the coffee pot before I went back upstairs to shower. I got out of the shower and heard a strange noise like water running downstairs. In the post shower stupor my brain told me that the noise was just the coffee pot working. (I googled post shower stupor to see if that's a common thing and unnervingly every search with that combination of words was about alcohol poisoning I think that's strange) Eventually I did go back downstairs and I found out what the running water noise was. I had somehow forgotten to put the carafe back into the coffee maker so it was spilling coffee everywhere. They say don't cry over spilled milk. But I did stand there for a bit staring at that puddle of coffee.

   I was able to wake up early today. I'm trying to set my alarms earlier so I can start waking up closer to 6am I want to work up the courage to try to apply for a job at the bank again. And if I were to get that job I need to start waking up early enough to get there. That's clumsily written but I'm hurrying to get a post started before I get off to work I spent all morning working on the store story video. I think it's just taking this long to finish editing it because it's so damn long. Most store story videos are just one story, but this one will be three stories. Three stories that happened in one day, but I'm still wondering if I should have made them into three different videos. I'm just getting the feeling that making smaller more concise videos will be better for my channel and my style.

    For lunch I had some of the Fathead Lasagna that I had taken out of the freezer several days ago. I had bought some cottage cheese just in case that particular serving of lasagna had gone bad on me. I have a few more servings of leftovers in the fridge so I'll hang on to the cottage cheese just in case those other servings have gone south on me.

    I had some baked chicken for dinner. This is a great dinner for when I'm editing videos because all I have to do is pop it into the oven and I can get back to editing the video. It's also a great thing for when I'm too tired after work to do anything else.
