Weight: 336.6 lbs ( 152.7 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 56.5 in (143.5 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Steak and Eggs Lunch: Bacon Cheeseburger Soup Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Energy Shot Keto Week 2 (Day 20) Sober Month 2 (Day 81) YMCA: No Causation or correlation? I have cottage cheese and hot dogs one day for lunch, the next day the weight is up. I have a recipe that I have saved for lunch the weight is down. I have Jalapeno cheesy sausages for lunch, the next day the weight is up. It's still among the lowest weigh ins for the year. And I'm still down 10 lbs for the year. I think starting tomorrow I'll start doing the tracking in my phone app again. Maybe start going back to the YMCA on Monday. I wont go tomorrow because with their Sunday hours they are only open while I'm at work. I'm thinking of trying to get into a habit of going into the weight room Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Maybe going to swim on Tuesday...

Lunch: Southwest Detox Chicken Soup
Dinner: Baked Pork Steak
Drinks: 2x Kroger energy shots, ~2700ml water

Whoop, back down to 330lbs! Let's go get pizza!

    I have plenty of eggs, but I am out of bacon. This is sad, this makes me sad. (joke) When I bought the eggs I had got the big 60 pack of eggs and I got two of the big things of bacon. And the container of eggs lasted longer than the bacon. I chose to eat the cottage cheese that I bought yesterday for lunch. A lot of people on Keto skip breakfast, but I feel if I were to try that off the cuff I'd be obsessing over food for the rest of the day. I will probably still be doing that since today's breakfast was so different from normal. And I didn't get coffee started this morning before work, so I guess how that'll effect me as well.

    Came home for lunch. I had forgotten my phone at home so that made the first half of work rather long. I know that I shouldn't be on my phone while at work, but that was still a mini-heart-attack each time my hand went by my side pocket.

    I had a pretty long paragraph talking about a girl that I work with who claims to have ADHD and doesn't do her job. But this blog really isn't for whining about work

    For lunch I had some of the Southwest Detox Chicken Soup. I had forgotten how chunky I had left the ingredients for that soup so I had a hard time eating it. The last time I did eat some I ran it through the food processor and that was a lot better than when I try to munch on the big chunks of veggies and chopped up chicken.

    After work I did some grocery shopping. This trip was not as smart as I want to do my shopping as. I really, really like corned beef and St Patrick's Day is next week so there is a sale on Corned Beef there's some fascinating history connected there that I've added to my YouTube To-Do list, but for now I picked up some corned beef and had some coupons for some other things that I didn't need as well. Well, if you have a coupon for the stuff you have to buy the stuff right? The final bill wasn't as bad as I was fearing, but it was still a shopping trip that I didn't plan out or organize. Most of the stuff I bought was great for Keto, but I did pick up some Mac and Cheese and some stuff for nachos. (Hey, I'm on vacation.) Still forgot Bacon :( Oh, well I did pick up the stuff to make Egg Stuff.

I'm looking forward to this next week. I'm on vacation this week and it looks like I'm not going to have Jury duty this week either. I'm still in the pool, so I'll have to check the site to see if I have to show up the 21st (Kind of curious as to why that week the check in date that week is on a Tuesday and not a Monday like the others, but Tuesdays are my days off so if I do have to go in that wont effect me much) But this week I keep telling myself that I'm going to try to work on some videos and try to get the house cleaned up a bit. But I'm still betting that I'm going to blink and then it's going to be Saturday evening and I'm going to wonder what happened to the week. But I think this blog is going to help me keep focused. If I have to justify why I didn't do anything each day I might be more focused on what I want to be getting done.
