Weight: 336.6 lbs ( 152.7 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 56.5 in (143.5 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Steak and Eggs Lunch: Bacon Cheeseburger Soup Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Energy Shot Keto Week 2 (Day 20) Sober Month 2 (Day 81) YMCA: No Causation or correlation? I have cottage cheese and hot dogs one day for lunch, the next day the weight is up. I have a recipe that I have saved for lunch the weight is down. I have Jalapeno cheesy sausages for lunch, the next day the weight is up. It's still among the lowest weigh ins for the year. And I'm still down 10 lbs for the year. I think starting tomorrow I'll start doing the tracking in my phone app again. Maybe start going back to the YMCA on Monday. I wont go tomorrow because with their Sunday hours they are only open while I'm at work. I'm thinking of trying to get into a habit of going into the weight room Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Maybe going to swim on Tuesday...

Lunch: Bogeys Jalapeno Burger, 1/2 Order Chili Cheese Fries
Dinner: Baked Chicken
Drinks: pot of coffee with cream and butter

    I set the alarms this morning to wake up for the six o'clock hour this morning. So naturally I woke up at 8:30 -_-. I remember going to bed pretty close to midnight, but the app on my phone that is connected to my smart watch is saying that I didn't get to sleep until after 3am. So I'm not sure what happened there. My feet did hurt this morning, but not as bad as yesterday morning, I wonder if what the difference between mac and cheese and the Velveeta Skillet Dinner is. The skillet dinner does have a powdered flavor packet that goes into it as well so maybe that has something to do with it? Knees are popping and cracking like crazy; they don't hurt or anything it's just a strange sharp SNAP noise when I sit still too long.

    Scale is up this morning, but can't say I'm surprised. Keto only works when you're working it. Like I said in Sunday's weigh in video, you really can't half ass Keto, and I haven't even half-assed it so far this week. Used up the last of the bacon yesterday I was going to pick up some more after work yesterday, but had forgot (somehow remembered the beer though). I see a lot of people online cook their eggs in butter, but I have to say that bacon grease is SOOO much better than butter for frying eggs.

    Got a Store Story video recorded, a bit exciting that I got four of the five the weekly stories done this month. It's got a lot of editing to get done before it's ready to be uploaded. I didn't get a Keto Recipe video done like I want to be doing every Tuesday. I did get around to getting to the store to buy ingredients for the four recipes that I want to be releasing next month. But the kitchen was not in a condition that I would be wanting to be recording a cooking video in. So I'll say that I spent all afternoon cleaning the kitchen (totally not watching YouTube right?) <Pay no attention to the obvious lie>

    I was going to get a haircut this afternoon, but Great Clips is closed on Tuesdays. Sure I could go to other places, but I love how I can just walk in and they can tell what haircut I got last time and I can just get a repeat (not sponsored). What a coincidence. I guess Tuesday really is a good day to have off. This afternoon I did have a funny thought. I haven't been shaving all that much lately and I thought about going for the Simon Whistler look and going with a full shaved head and a bushy beard. But personally I can't go more than a week without shaving before the facial hair starts driving me crazy.

    Spent a bit more than I was planning on when I got the groceries. The frustration was I forgot to buy anything for lunch and I was planning to make videos of the groceries that I did buy. It would have been cheaper to go back to the store to grab a pack of hot dogs or something. But I had already been to the store once and I just couldn't go back (that would be against the Man-code). A local burger place is closer to my house and I haven't been there for a while. I'm very disappointed that I asked for a jalapeno cheeseburger, and they forgot the cheese. And I probably shouldn't have gotten the chili cheese fries, they just weren't very good. They usually are fairly good, but I haven't been there in a long time so I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch, my tastes have changed, or if the restaurant's quality has gone down.

    Baked chicken for dinner. Annoyed that I cooked dinner right after finishing cleaning the kitchen. But baking chicken doesn't cause much of a mess. I'm off of work tomorrow as well so I'm going try to wake up early to try to get the recipe videos recorded so I can get those out of the way. It would be nice to get those videos recorded. Editing does take a while, but I'm hoping to get those videos at the very least recorded.
