I don't know if the Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother makes much difference in the effect that Apple Cider Vinegar supposedly has, but this bottle tastes better than the ACV that I've had before without the mother in it. I don't know, perhaps I'm just getting used to the taste.
The chicken in the fridge was still frozen this morning. So it's good that the fridge is working, but frustrating to spend money on lunch when I have lunch in the fridge at home. But hey, this is the best financially that I've ever been at least I can afford to have lunch at work. I just need to keep myself from getting the idea that I can just buy as much food as I want. Mom is quick to remind me that Grandpa used to say that the vast majority of money that people waste is in the waist by spending too much money on food. When I got home this evening Step-Dad said that I could have taken some of the hot dogs he had in the fridge with me to work.
When I moved over here last week I got the idea of starting up the weekly weigh in videos, but I have yet to figure out how to move videos from my phone to the computer without plugging the phone into the computer now that the phone doesn't seem to want to register the cables being plugged into the phone.
All day had weird lack of balance between mental energy and physical energy. There were moments when my brain would be running a thousand miles per hour, but my body would be drooping. And then I would feel like I would be able to do back flips if my knees and feet would allow me to, but then my brain couldn't comprehend what was meant by a money order.
There was strange energy going through the store as well. It was either swamped busy, or just completely dead. And very little in between. It would be completely dead in the front end I would run to put a cold item away and I'd come back to the front end with a dozen people standing in line. And the dozen or so people would be upset that they had to stand in line. Seriously, did they not see all of the other people come up to the front end with them?
There was also a frustration working with the teenagers as they were all buddies and they kept gravitating over to the service desk where one of them worked. I had to keep figuring out tasks for them to do. I get that is kind of the “fun” of being supervisor, but seriously I would tell a kid to straiten the sodas in the coolers, he'd do one cooler, then go back to chatting with the others. Come on guys you're at work, you need to be working.
There was a moment of excitement when after lunch I was showing the guy working Customer Service what my phone was doing when I tried to plug it in...and it started charging. I was really glad that I didn't go by Verizon (not sponsored) as if I would have gone there they would have talked me into buying a new phone. Unfortunately when I tried to plug the phone into the computer it didn't react. So I guess that excitement was for naught. At least the charging pad works for charging the phone.
Mom was talking about the floor being replaced in the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, and Hall. I'm not sure of the timeline on that, but the guy is supposed to come over tomorrow to do that. I'm not sure if that's a one day project, but he's going to start tomorrow.
