It is exciting that I am three weeks advanced on that project. Again I'll have to be careful to not get complacent and just wait for those weeks to go by before I get more videos done. I did get the Bacon and Eggs done for breakfast. I ran by the storage place to put a payment on my storage unit. I did have to drive around for a while before I made the payment though. Just as I was driving up I saw the guy who manages the place locking the door and walking out to his car. It was just before noon so I'm assuming he went to lunch. I could have ran up to him and paid real quick, but I thought that was rud...

Weight: 361.6 lbs ( 164 kg)
BMI: 46.4
Waist: 58 in ( 147.3 cm)
WtHR: 78.3%
Breakfast: Leftover Pork Steak
Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages, Sugar Free Rockstar energy
Dinner: BBQ Roast
Drinks: 2 L diet Mt Dew, several cans of Pepsi Zero Wild cherry, attempt at a
bouillon tea

I'll admit that I only ate the pork steak breakfast because it was sitting there from last night. The microwave didn't do the steak very many favors. It tasted good, but it was all kinds of dried out. I now have bits of meat stuck in my teeth

I think I figured out the source of these damn flies. And probably why my kitchen smells like rancid pee. A week or so ago I made a rack of ribs in the Instant Pot and I'm just now getting around to doing the dishes; I really need to do dishes a lot more often. This once a week or waiting until all of the forks and plates are used up really is just breeding flies and bad smells.

But that leads to the question of when am I going to do dishes, when I'm asleep, getting ready for work, at work, or recovering from work. That might be a bit dramatic, and if I was doing the meal planning like I want to I really wouldn't be doing the dishes more than a few days a week. But at current I'm just doing the dishes a few days a week because I'm just so damn tired all of the time. I'm not sure if that is because I'm walking around at literally twice my “healthy” BMI, I'm stressed out from work, or because I'm just getting too old to be walking around for nine hours a day at the store.

I'm sure that there are people older than me scoffing at the idea of someone in their mid-thirties complaining about being “Too old” But I've just pasted my 20 year anniversary of working at the store. That's 20 years of walking around on tile/concrete and not always with the greatest of shoes.

Off of work today so I was able to get most of the dishes done. Had to run to the store to get more dish soap and sponges. Picked up some sausages for lunch. Was able to avoid picking up beer. Going to see if I can avoid it for a while

I set up the slow cooker with a chuck roast and some BBQ sauce. I put some bouillon cubes and water in the pot as well. My roasts have always came out really tough so I'm hoping that the extra moisture will help soften it up.

Out of curiosity I thought I would try to make some “bouillon tea” I put a bouillon cube in a coffee cup with onion and garlic powder and some Italian Seasoning. It had a good flavor, but it was kind of strange to have a drink with bits floating in it. If I try it again I think I'll pass on the Italian seasoning.
