I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind ...

Didn't get the weekly weigh in video done yesterday. I was 12 pounds (5.5 kg) up from the previous weigh in. I shouldn't let a number on a scale dictate my mood. But being five and a half kilograms in two weeks kind of sucked. And being up 20 lbs (9 kg) for the year was just...yeah. And with it being December already it's unlikely that I'll get down to the year's starting weight. It would be kind of fun to lose 20 pounds in one month, but I'm not going to do anything to hurt myself to make that happen.

Did No Shave November, but I am glad that it's December and I can get this thing off of my face. Unfortunately I haven't had time to shave yet. I was too busy brooding yesterday and this morning before work kind of blazed by. I am in a better mood than yesterday, but I'm just not sure what happened. I woke up around 8am like normal, but by the time I was done with breakfast I had to get off to work. I'm off the next couple of days, but tomorrow I'm doing laundry, and Wednesday I'll be setting up Grandma's Christmas decorations. Not that I think that it'll take an entire day to shave my face, but I'm not wanting to take very long before heading off to do those.

I did manage to get the dishes done last night so I was able to have the Bacon and eggs this morning. I've been thinking of making a Bacon and Eggs "recipe" video, but I can't seem to cook the bacon constantly enough to make it look good for a video. It's either under done (still edible, just not very photogenic) or half cremated. I cook it good enough for a breakfast, but not good enough for a video I think

This paragraph is pure hearsay and speculation. It's biased on things that people have heard from other people. Don't fire me just yet, however it might be time to look for an exit strategy from this job. According to rumor the parent company wants to get rid of the single use plastic bags by the end of 2025. I was kind of nervous as to what they planned on doing with the Baggers when they decide to get rid of the bags. Customer Service Manager said that they're probably going to keep the paper bags. I caught the “Probably”, but I didn't confront her on it. They're still going to sell the reusable bags, but I don't want to be there when they transition to the Aldi model of having a single register open, no baggers, and requiring customers to pay for their bags. Are they going to have quarter slots on the carts as well? I also saw a rumor on Twitter a couple of months ago, so that HAS to be true, particularly since I saw it on Twitter and the big wigs are denying it. But there's a rumor that the company is going to experiment with “Dynamic Pricing” linked with face recognition software. That just SCREAMS bad idea. There are bad ideas all over that. Every inch of that is a bad idea. I was going to try to wait to quit until I had some money saved up. But if they're going to set up that crap I'm just going to "Jesus take the wheel!" and jump out of the window.

But back in reality I wrote “NO” on my hand to remind myself that I don't want to buy anything while at work. People have asked me why I have a big “NO” on the back of my hand I'll explain that over the year I've spent WAY too much on soda, snacks, and beer. Seriously I've spent more on beer than I did literally any other category outside of Bills and Utilities. But standing around the store; getting bored I'll think, I could grab a soda. I can go grab a Powerade or something. Then I'll see the "NO" on my hand and I'll decide against it. That also worked at lunch time because somebody came by with some deli fried chicken and it did smell really nice. But the "NO" on my hand reminded me that I already had lunch and soda already at home.

For lunch I had some of the AI Chili for lunch. I didn't have any cheese to put in it, which is an odd sentence for me to say, but I did have some sour cream. The AI Chili isn't my favorite iteration that I've come across so far. But it works. (Definitely needs more cheese)

Yesterday and today I was good at leaving the store without buying anything. Still feels weird.

For dinner I had a strip steak that I had in the fridge. I cooked it on a George Foreman Grill. I don't use this grill very often because I never get around to cleaning it after I use it.
