Sure the weight has been under the start of the year for most of the year. But for most of this month the wight has tracked upwards. I think it might be a bit soon to tell if today's weight was the result of the TMAD diet finally taking hold. I was dreading trying to come up with the courage to call the dentist to cancel the plan for the implants as throwing around numbers all day yesterday just didn't make it look like I was able to afford the two $11,000 payments and I wasn't sure how the $620 payment plan that we discussed fit into everything. But they had called me this morning to tell me that they needed a couple more X-Ray sca...

It took longer than it should have to get yesterday's post written. I'm guessing that it was a matter of momentum, I hadn't written a blog post in a while so I kind of struggled with coming up with something to say and formulating those things into a fluid thing. I do have to say though; this morning writing all of this just FEELS good. When I try to look over this last week or two it's just a giant blank to me. But as I'm writing this down it feels like I'm contributing to something.

I didn't sleep very well last night. I was sweating like crazy. The strange thing was that it wasn't very hot last night it was only 63 degrees outside (17 C) but I was sweating like I was running through a boiling rain forest. I did succumb to the alcohol temptation for most of the last two weeks. Which was a significant reason that I hadn't been keeping up with the blog. And according to Google, night sweats seems to be an alcohol withdraw symptom. But back to work, back to the blog, back to no beer.

Breakfast was bacon and eggs and most of a pot of coffee. I thought about leaving my debit card at home because I do have a fridge full of food waiting for me to come home for lunch. And I'm trying to quit the energy shots as well. But I used up the last of my bacon for breakfast and I'm going to need to remember to pick some up at lunch or after work.

Didn't pick up any bacon during my lunch break. The first half of work was really quite slow for a holiday. But right as I was going to lunch the entire “horde” came in. And it was kind of convenient that the swarm came in at that time. I was thinking about picking up some Jalapeno Sausages or something for lunch. But when I clocked out I saw the amount of people standing in line and reminded myself that I already have food at home.

I did remember to pick up some bacon on the way home. Unfortunately I forgot my water bottle at the store so I'll have to go back tomorrow to get it. I was halfway home when I realized that I had forgotten my water. I did think about going back to the store to grab the bottle, but that'd be the second day in a row where I went back to the store after I got off just to grab something that I had forgotten. I did think about just leaving it there until Wednesday (Tuesdays are my days off) but I'm going to guess that leaving a half a bottle of tap water sitting there for a couple of days isn't going to be great for the bottle. My freezer is pretty full so I wasn't going to record another video tomorrow. (I have one prerecorded and scheduled) but I'm sure that it shouldn't be too hard to find an excuse to get to the grocery store. (Kind of the curse of working at a grocery store)

For dinner I grilled up a couple of chicken breasts that I had left over from a recipe that I cooked last week (a recipe that isn't scheduled for a few weeks from now) But those chicken breasts were buy one get one free so I had picked up more than I needed for that recipe and they were just sitting in my fridge waiting for me to do something with them. When I got home this evening I figured the easiest thing was to just grill them up. And they did turn out pretty good with just some regular seasoning and ranch dressing and BBQ sauce on them.

Once again I'm posting this after midnight, but it's a little closer than it was last night
