Not quite back on track, but good progress. Didn't wake up early enough to cook breakfast or have any coffee I did have a can of Monster as I went into work and had some smoked sausages. The store was quite active, but not as busy as the level of irritability that people seemed to be in. People were just pissed off all day long today. For a bit I did wonder if was just me being in a foul mood. But I didn't feel that bad it was just everybody was yelling at me. I kind of wanted to tell people to calm down, but that never has the desired effect. I heard a guy yelling in the health and beauty section so I...

Keto Month 2 (Day 85) (135/365 Days 2026 Keto)

Had a hard time getting going again today. Stayed up too late last night. I really do need to work on getting to bed. The sleep tracking app on my phone/watch says that I didn't fall asleep until about half past 2 am and woke up around a quarter to 8am. And even then it was closer to 10 by the time I got up and going. I'm going to have to start getting up out of bed when I wake up. I've been laying around too much.

I did eventually get up and started doing laundry while breakfast cooked. As it has been two weeks between the last time I washed the bedding I went ahead and washed my blanket, sheet, and pillowcases. It kind of makes me nervous when the bedding is in the wash as it does make some serious banging as the heavy cloth bumps around.

Back on Saturday I had bought some furniture polish and some macaroni for Grandma and she gave me some money to reimburse me so I decided to run that to the bank this afternoon. I felt fine as I was sitting at home, but getting into the nice warm comfy car I started feeling kind of tired. I decided to run over to the big store on the northern side of town as they had a branch of the bank and I was thinking about the other day when I was talking to a coworker about how they still have a salad bar that sounded really nice to have for lunch today. I drove into town and drove north on the highway that goes through town and at the light at 30th street the turning light seemed to take forever and I felt my head fall into my chest and I completely dozed off. I'm not sure how long I was out (glad that I was stopped for the light when I dozed off) but when I looked up the light was fully green, not just the turning lane, but full green. I didn't hear anybody honk behind me, but I felt bad for anybody waiting for this cretin full on napping in the middle of the highway.

I did finish the script for the next store story video that I'm planning this Friday. Or at least I'm hoping that I'll get it done this week. I didn't have the energy to record a video today. There's a certain level of charisma that's required to do a talking head style video and I could barely keep my eyes open all day long today. I hope it'll get it recorded tomorrow as I am off tomorrow and it takes me a long time to edit videos lately. I am working Thursday and Friday so if I want it uploaded on Friday I'll have to record it Wednesday.

Baked some bratwursts for dinner. Mom had already gone to bed. She had called out to me when she smelt the oven heating up.

Tired all day so it should be easy to fall asleep tonight.
