Good drop on the scale this morning. Dropping under the average for the month. Still up for the month, but under the average. And a reminder why one shouldn't really sweat too much on the daily fluctuations.

I had to work at 9am and unfortunately I pulled myself out of bed at around 8. So I had to pretty much do the wake up and run out of the door kind of wake up that I was trying to avoid the last couple of times I was scheduled to work the 9 to 6 shift. And as I had to jump out of bed and then out of the door I didn't have time to have the proper breakfast with the coffee. So as the day got started a headache started developing. When I got to work I picked up a pack of hot dogs and a couple cans of monster as they are still on sale Buy 2 Get 1 Free and a pack of hot dogs for breakfast. I also grabbed a pair of shoestrings as the left shoestring snapped on me yesterday.

And while I was starting the day dealing with the caffeine headache and just waking up Customer Service Manager was trying to describe the new loaning system that the desk has as apparently they got rid of the computer program that we used to loan the books of stamps and rolls of coins out to the registers and somehow that effects the lottery system as well and now instead of loaning the rolls of coins through the computer we have to write down the rolls of coins that go out to the registers and the packs of lottery tickets that go out. Which kind of sounds backwards that we've gone from a computer to handle these loans to rely on a piece of paper to write this all down on. Customer Service Manager asked me to pass this all along to the lady who was closing the desk tonight. Uh, sure we'll play telephone with the new system that you told me about as I was still waking up and dealing with a caffeine headache. She did say that the Closing Lady could call her if there were any questions. I honestly don't like how they got rid of the ability to audit the registers. But I'm sure that someone at a desk somewhere had put plenty of thought into the system. (Yes that was snark)

As I didn't have time to cook breakfast before work I had picked up some cheddar smoked sausages I also grabbed some Pork Rinds to go with, but they just didn't have very good mouth feel today. It really felt like I was chewing on hard Styrofoam.

I carried out a lot today. Which I was a fan of as it was dark and rainy all day I think the high was in the mid 70's. Dark warm and rainy is most definitely my jam when it comes to the weather. I would offer to help people out and they would say, sure if you want to. And they'd be taken aback when I would insist that I was wanting to be outside.

On the way home I thought it would be funny if Mom had suggested Hot Dogs for dinner as I had hot dogs for breakfast and lunch. However she had some Pork Steaks out to thaw. I'm not upset or disappointed in the pork steak, it would have just been funny if we had hot dogs for dinner after having them for breakfast and for lunch. 

Lately I've been really distracted by a new mobile game called Tower War (not sponsored) The point of the game is to connect the towers in the game. Each team has a different color and as you connect the towers together your color team takes over the tower and the team that takes over all of the towers wins. The thing is with this game it really wants you to pay for the micro-transactions (which is NOT going to happen.) But the programmers really missed the memo on the "micro" on those micro-transactions. It keeps advertising bonus soldiers for your team for "only" $14.99 on sale from $75.99! I really wonder if anybody falls for these payments. I hear about "Whales" who spend exorbitant amounts of money on mobile games makes me wonder. There is an option in the game to play against other people, and yeah, I'm just going to play against the computer on that.
